Within 30 minutes of my mom calling, Brad showed up in the pouring rain to fix our entire sump pump set-up as it was failing and water was pouring in at an alarming rate!! Brad assessed the problems and communicated them without trying to ‘push’ us into purchasing/fixing anything. He respected that children were napping at the time, was efficient in replacing the pump, explained all he did to resolve the issues and even cleaned up after! Very satisfied and would recommend!

jake fixed my leaky pipe and he did a excellent job! Iwill be sure and call again. He also fixed my leaky roof last spring!

Bradley came within 30 minutes of calling the company, and was very professional, and let me know what the costs were up front. About 15 minutes later, he had my shower drain flowing again. If this happens again in the future, I will call Roto-Rooter again.Plus, if my drain gets clogged again within 6 months, the drain clearing is free of charge!This company is highly recommended.

The response time to the water damage to my home was fast and the work was done with due diligence. Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

Pablo and his coworker were fantastic!! I called them in the morning and they were here by noon. They unclogged my basement floor drain and were in and out in 15min. I had another company come out before and they could not unclog my drain, said I would have to replace it and it would cost me thousands of dollars. I am so grateful for Pablo!!! Will only be using his services for now on!! 10/10 recommend.

When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

Cole arrived on time and was great about explaining everything to me and showing me pictures of the inside of my furnace. He did a wonderful job with cleaning the furnace and completing some maintainence on my a/c. He was polite, friendly and professional. I was very impressed with this young man. He's a keeper!

Chris cleaned my exterior unit and inspected the entire system. He provided great service and recommendations. He also helped me resolve a previous issue I had experienced. He went out of his way to insure I was as satisfied. I am very happy with the outcome and I am fully satisfied with the work.

Was assigned to this contractor by a home warranty company. Was told to call if I didn’t hear from them in one business day. I gave them 2. Called 2 times, texted, had my landlord call with zero response. After a week I found someone else to fix it on my own. That is horrible customer service, to not even be acknowledged. Choose another company.
