I had my floor drain cleaned in the basement and Right Away was impressive in that they placed a new plug on the floor drain and got it to operate correctly whereas the last plumber cleaned it out and left it working improperly (the one way valve). I also had my estimate of $225 reduced to $165 due to the drain being a non-central drain and this was brought to my attention by Right Away; they are very honest! Will certainly use again. Tony was prompt and professional. He came out on a Sunday to assist with water leaking through the floor drains in my townhome complex. He was patient and helpful and explained the process every step of the way. He was able to troubleshoot and clear the clog that was causing the issue and identified corrosion in the pipes that will need attention in the future. He was friendly and patient with all of our questions. I highly recommend him as a technician and Paul Bunyan Plumbing.

While price was competitve among the multiple bids we received to replace both furnace and AC, it was the extra effort and knowledge they provided to ensure that we were getting the right equipment. Had problems with the new digital smart thermostat and replaced virtually the day we called in about it. Techs are extremely customer service oriented and knowledgeable. This industry is plagued with bad apples. This company isnt one of them

Best plumbers out there. Have trusted them to let themselves in the house when we're not around and had an emergency plumbing issue. Fair prices, always do what they say and when they say it.

If you want a job quick they are great at getting you in! I've loved Dean's but they definitely tried to take advantage of me this time. I bought a water softener and all the parts.(a very nice one) I just needed help getting it hooked up. The quote they gave me was $1,200.00!!! Just to hook it up! I asked why it was so expensive and they said it's a 3-4 hour job and would not give me a break down of the quote. I knew this was a rip off so of course I got another estimate from another plumbing company and they charged me $400.00 and only took 30mins. The same day. Disappointing and feel like I was taken advantage of....

Rob is FANTASTIC! I'd give 10 stars if I could. He has a problem solver mindset and clearly enjoys what he does and helping people. The clean out in my basement was covered by previous owners during a remodel. He inspected the plumbing and the stack, theorized where the clean out was and called the city of Mtka to get the floor plans and confirm! (He was right - it was where he thought it would be). Talk about going above and beyond! 1 in 100 plumbers would do that, in my experience. Then he and his crew got after it and did a quality job. I was in the other room while he was working and I could hear him talking to his crew mate, saying things like I want to be sure we do this right. So rare to find someone this good, thorough, and vested in his work. Thank you, Rob! You are a true gem!

I called another place to come out and clean my clogged drain in the garage. We’ve had so much snow these past couple weeks and my garage floor was covered in melted snow. The other company never showed up. I called Twin Cities Rooter Tuesday at 4pm and they took care of my problem Wednesday morning at 9am. Dillon was professional and honest. Jesse was very professional and explained the range of options to fix our issue. He gave the pros and cons with cost for each option with no pressure to choose the most expensive option. We would for sure call for future needs, and would by name request Jesse!

Richard arrived promptly after phone call to let me know he was on his way. This was a Saturday morning so I was impressed.Richard used both a 3 inch and 4 blade to cut through roots, etc clogging our main sewage line. Snake blades went in 100' both times He was patient and thorough and was here nearly 2 full hours. When he was done, he called for a camera guy to come take pictures of the line to be certain things were clear. Luke (w. camera) arrived less than an hour after first service guy left. It didn't take Luke long to find things were clear and nothing major was awry.Both men were courteous gentlemen and very professional throughout their visits.

I had an appointment with Steinkraus for them to install a gas line in the morning. The plumber never called nor showed up. I called early afternoon and was told I would be called back once they find out what's going on. Never recieved a return call. Was told when I called them back again that evening that they might be able to do the job in a week. I took an entire day off of work to get the work done which was scheduled well before hand.
