Within a couple hours of my initial call for a plumbing issue, Luke and Josh arrived and were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! They helped me speak to my home warranty company and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the issue and gave me tips and tricks to help avoid any future issues. They were both wonderful and I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter in the future!

We had a floor drain constantly flooding and had two other local companies come out to repair this issue previously. We called Roto-Rooter and Chris did a great job of explaining the problem, showing me what was wrong, What had not been fixed previously, fixing the issue, and then having me help him perform various checks to verify the fix worked. Floor drain was backing up. Called at about 1:00 in the afternoon by 4:00. They had a guy here. Took about 30 minutes. Clean the drain, $200 and everything's working great. Will definitely use Ken's sewer service the next time. I have a clogged drain that I can't get to.

Harrison Plumbing will be my first call from now on! As a resident Brooklyn Park, Harrison Plumbing is located minutes away. The plumber arrived on time, quickly assessed the source of my leak, and then provided a reasonable price to repair.

Mark came out to do maintenance on our water heater. We talked on the phone and he was able to fit us in same day which was very convenient! He was very professional, nice, and reasonably priced. We'll definitely work with him again!

A pipe under the mop sink in the restaurant where I work froze and burst at 5 in the morning. Water gushing everywhere until we could figure out how to shut it off. I think it only took 30 minutes or so for Josiah to plumber to get there, and less than an hour for him to replace a section of pipe. Crisis averted. $369 was reasonable and more than worth it so we could have hot water for the brunch crew who was to arrive at 8.

So pleased with Ron the Sewer Rat. We had a nasty situation after granddaughter flushed q-tips down the toilet. They were able to fit me in the same day. Trent was awesome. Very efficient, pleasant and respectful. I will recommend to all of my family and friends!
