My heater wasn't working and they were able to come out an hour later and fix it. They also gave me tips on how to maintain it so that it will work properly.

I was in a world of hurt with 2 kitchen sinks clogged and overflowing. Josh proceeded very professionally - telling me what he was doing - each step of the way. In addition to unclogging my sinks, he put everything back under the sink, dried the floor, and was very pleasant throughout the process.Great job, Josh!!! Thank you so much.

Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

I am so grateful for Paul Bunyan coming to our rescue! Our water heater stopped producing actual hot water; never a good thing at the beginning of winter!When we called in to ask for help, the agent on the other end of the phone was courteous, helpful and quick to get us scheduled for the very next day.Our plumbing technician, Matt C., had great communication, was right on time, and super friendly! He quickly diagnosed the issue, walked me through my replacement choices and answered all my questions (I had a lot!).It was reassuring to have Matt C. and his co-workers Dave Brown and Matt #2 make fast progress on taking out the old heater and softener, and get the new equipment installed right away.Matt C. took time to walk us through the new equipment and answer any remaining questions. It was glorious to have a shower with hot, soft water again!Very happy with the experience and will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs!

Had to have a heater and A/C unit inspected for the sake of my home. They did a great job, on time and the report was very detailed for the new owner. Highly recommend Janecky!

Do not use Deans for boiler repair. That's for sure. They wouldn't fix my boiler, told me it was too old and I needed a new one. Was happy to write me a brand new one with installation. They red tagged it, and told me not to operate it. Turns out the issue was only some carbon buildup. I took it apart and cleaned everything and it's been running perfectly for two years now. All they did was run a test and then red tagged it, and charged me $200 for the visit. Didn't attempt to repair or clean or anything, and would not refund my money. When I explained to the manager, she took 40 bucks off for $160 total t just to falsely tell me it was unrepairable.

The General came out and cleared my drain. They made a big mess turn into not a bid deal at all. Thank you so much for being honest, upfront, clean, and prompt. I called three other companies, that were to busy, but the GENERAL got it done right away for me. They will be my first call, next time. Thank you so much GENERAL-ROOTER

We called on a Saturday as our basement drain was backing up. Jerrel, the field supervisor was out to our house within an hour and diagnosed our problem. Within another hour, Brian had arrived, fixed the drain problem and we were back to a normal Saturday. Both Jerrel and Brian were very great to work with! Very knowledgeable and eager to answer any question.

I want to thank your staff who took care of my sewer problem. They were very kind. I especially want to thank Aaron Vasterling who took care of everything. He is a great guy. Also, Wayne Toll and Jessie, Aaron's brother. They were all courteous and kind. I also want to thank Jeff who worked on the street. He was very nice and showed me what they did.
