Best Clogged Sewer Line in Minneapolis MN

After 14 years, I had to have my water heater replaced. Upon discussion with the salesperson/tech, Jeff, we agreed that a tankless water heater was the best option for my family of 4. Not only from an always available hot water standpoint, but that I will see a reduction in my gas bill because my water heater will only run when I need it too.

The two person team (Jeff and Carlos) came to my house and installed the new water heater within a couple of hours. They were kind, NEAT, and very professional. I have dealt with many repair/service companies over the years, and these guys were outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great service.

I am excited to report after only a couple days of having the tankless water heater, my life has changed. I was able to wash dishes in my dishwasher, do two loads of laundry, shower one kid and give a long bath to the other, AND take a long HOT bath for myself all within hours. It was worth the investment.

Our rental property had a busted sewer line (after hours) under the concrete floor and these guys came out the very next day and dealt with it quickly and efficiently. We had tenants in hotels with costs mounting quickly, but Tim was able to get us up and running without the need to have the tenants away a second night. We're out-of-town property owners and we needed someone local and trustworthy, and these are the guys you want in that situation. They even recommended I shop around for a concrete repair company to fix the floor after they'd finished, but after a few calls it was clear Tim's price was even better than the concrete companies. Plus he came back a third time to re-connect appliances without any added cost. This was a big repair, but I feel we got good value for the money in a very difficult situation. Thanks, Tim.

This company is completely ripping off their customers. We had leak under sink. just to replace new gasket, 1 hour work, after 10 % off they charge us $742. So be careful and ask quote before repair

I have used Janecky plumbing for several projects and they have exceeded my expectations every time. They do great work are respectful and clean. I recently had a neighbor call with an AC emergency on a 100 degree day. They called me for a referral. I texted Janecky for them and they came out and within hours of me calling. Most AC companies would have said your unit is too old and try to sell a new one. But they fixed the problem. They have compassion and the knowledge to to do what was right. Thanks Dave!

Way overpriced. I will not use them again for minor plumbing work. The technician cleared our kitchen sink drain in 15 minutes and charged 3-4X what other companies advertise for snaking a drain.Edit: Roto-Rooter was very professional in addressing my concerns and helping rectify the issue. Their pricing strategy was explained and a correction was made. Thank you.

Still upset after a weeks time has passed with my experience with Matt’s Plumbing. Two guys were at my home for no more than 10 minutes. What they did was replace a fitting on a hose going to my washing machine. Cost... $395.00
I thought I was getting ripped off and the more people I tell about it... I know I was totally ripped off! I will never do business with these people and I am telling everyone I know!
