Josh is great. I have had him out twice. Once to fix an outdoor faucet which has had freezing issues - no more issues. The second time to do a water heater drain & flush. He explained the condition of our water. We decided to go with the electric anode rod so our water heater will last longer.

Rick and Tim came to help me relocate a drain in my kitchen and did a wonderful job. They were both friendly and professional and clearly walked me through my options. I really appreciate that during COVID-19 they were both wearing masks without me having to ask (seriously, thank you for caring about your customers!!). Should I have any future plumbing needs, Jake the Plumber will be the first people I call! Booking process was also very slick; all online and very quick response times. My experience with roto rooter was great! Austin was the guy that came out and helped us out. Our sink drain was backup and was having a hard time draining. I had a lot of questions and Austin answered them in an easy to understand way. He also gave us a few options about how to treat the problem and was completely honest with us about pricing. That is the part I appreciate the most. He was not trying to swindle is into a large bill for services we didn’t need. Thank you Austin for your help! We appreciate it!

This was my first time using Paul Bunyan Plumbing. I requested a quote to replace a sump pump. They were great on timing to get someone on site. Mike was great, very professional and answered all my questions. He provided options for the replacement and was able to install the same day. The installation looks great and will definitely provide more piece of mind. I would highly recommend them. By far the most professional plumbing company I've worked with.

Had an emergency for a furnace that stopped working during the night. Called 2 other companies to try and get a person out to repair the issue but was told neither had availability. Dean's was able to not only find a tech that could come out and within an hour, Ben was on his way. Ben was able to quickly confirm the suspected problem and was able to fix it before 11 am. Very appreciative of Ben and his help.

We had repeated problems with a backed-up toilet and had plumbers out many times to clear the clogs. Rob and Jose from General Rooter not only removed the clog but also determined why the toilet was clogged so often. By running their fiber optic camera down the pipe, they found two what they called “bellies,” low spots where the pipe had sagged and didn’t drain properly. This, along with cracks seen in the video, requires us to excavate the cement slab to replace the pipe, and Rob referred us to a plumber they trusted to do the job well.

They could have just cleared the clog but went further to provide a solution to prevent reoccurrences. Thank you General Rooter!

Our bathtub was clogged. The gentleman that came to our house was knowledgable and efficient. He got our tub unclogged quickly.

Service tech discovered the issue is simply needing the garbage disposal to be replaced. We’re set up to have that fixed and since there was no clog or other drain issue, we were not charged. Appreciate the thorough review and professionalism! Will continue to use Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs!
