TJK's staff, from John in the office to David who replaced my garbage disposal and valves in my kitchen and bathroom, is professional and informative. I had an appointment scheduled for the end of the week, but they called when a job got rescheduled and offered to complete the work that day. David arrived on time, was open to additional valve replacement as requested (which added time on site for him), he provided an accurate estimate on pricing and time, walked me through the work (including pictures) once complete, provided advice on things to watch for, and left my place clean. Had a great experience with Roto-Rooter today! Was given a window of 4 hours but they actually called and were able to come early! We had the pleasure of getting Luke #3657. He came to look at a laundry floor drain, he was very respectful of my house, my animals and putting on shoe covers, which was greatly appreciated. He explained what he thought was the issue and was very clear with pricing and what needed to be done. During the process he came and got me to show me what exactly was the issue and what had been in the drain. He cleaned up after himself and left things as they were before he had been there. I got to used a coupon which was awesome and paid the man and he was on his way ! We had a crack in our mainline a couple months back and shopped around to get it fixed. Gene’s had the best price, response times, and just overall good vibes. We mainly communicated with Eric and Craig - they answered all of our questions, were great to deal with, and the actual job was done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend Gene’s!

We're renovating our 1950s rambler basement and needed new supplies and returns for the various rooms we had just framed out. (We also needed venting for a bath fan.) Scheduling with Kelsey was super easy, and the initial consultation with Jim was incredibly straightforward; he was willing to explain everything in plain terms, and he chatted over the phone to clarify my questions regarding the bathroom vent before the workday arrived. The day of, Blaine started by running me through all the items on the agenda and he was even able to tack on an additional dryer vent rerouting we hadn't thought of. Even better - they noticed I would need to install a condensate pump for my furnace in the future (they were right) and installed a pump line for me free of charge because - as they said - it was way easier to run it now when everything was exposed than after we had drywalled. They even finished earlier than expected. All in all, we had 3 supplies, 3 returns, a bath fan vent, and a dryer vent installed for $3,150 (plus the free condensate pump line) and the workday ran from 7AM-1PM. One of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. Thank you, Pronto!

Had a large company come out to assess my plumbing problem and after paying a call fee and one hour's worth of services, I was told that I had a much bigger issue, including breaking up the concrete floor in the basement that would cost thousands of dollars and take days to resolve. I opted to get a second opinion. Sabastian & Sons came out and after a few minutes of assessment, provided a different prognosis. The problem was fixed and my plumbing works great. They saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of stress. Next time, they will be my first call for sure!
