I ended up spending $3,200 with them. I paid another company $1,800 to redo and finish what hovde started. Wouldn't recommend based off of what happened to me.

Water main into house was leaking- called and Matt stopped out within 30 min and repair was done within an hour. Nice, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I submitted a request at 10:00 via the web site and got a call the next morning. Within 2 hours, someone (Brad) was sent to my house. Brad called me 30 minutes before and arrived on time. Brad was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained to me what he was doing and tips for future consideration. Overall - great experience, Brad was great, and would highly recommend!

TLDR: Do not hire Roto Rooter. They are more interested in getting additional money from you and pressuring you into replacing lines that do not actually need to be replaced.I hired Roto Rooter to clear a drain in my basement. My main line has issues with tree roots, so I also decided to ask that they clear that line as a preventative while they were at it, to avoid needing to call someone in the future. I have had various companies do this type of work for me, and this was BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had.When the technician arrived, they stated that the price to clear both drains would be $700. This is the most I have ever been quoted for this work, but in the interest of my own convenience, I decided to just move forward and asked them to proceed.Shortly after, a “site supervisor” showed up, and asked to be shown to the basement. I explained someone was already working on the drains, and he told me he was there to help. Shortly after this, another “site supervisor” showed up, and I showed them downstairs as well. The three of them spent over an hour in my basement “working” on the main line. My office is directly above where they were working, and they were mostly socializing while the technician worked on the drain.After about an hour, I went down to see how things were going. Nobody had even started on the line that was actually blocked, and I was told that they were not having any luck clearing the main line (this line was never even blocked, the work they were requested to do was preventative). I asked if they would please work on the line that was actually backed up, and they said they would get to that next.After another 30 minutes, I was told once again that they were having “no luck” getting the main line cleared. The site supervisor put a camera down the main line (which looked quite clear) and found a junction that they stated “needed to be replaced.”Finally, both site supervisors left, and the technician started on the drain that was actually blocked. They spent about 15 minutes on it, before calling back one of the site supervisors. Once again, the technician stated that I needed to replace the line as it was collapsed, and that this would require opening the basement floor. He tried to get me to commit to them doing the work the following day, and I told him I would need to think about it. Both the technician and site supervisor left.In the end, I paid $700 to not fix my problem, and be told that $15k-$20k of additional work was needed to fix the problems.I hired someone else to get a second opinion. They cleared the blocked drain for $250, and verified that I did not need to replace any drain lines.Working with Roto Rooter was an awful experience. They used pressure to try and coerce additional work and money from me, and didn't even address the issue I initially asked them to.

Service scheduled immediately. Technician professional, clearly explained issues and what to do moving forward to reduce the problem. Appreciate the service and responsiveness.

Corey and his team were incredible. We had our septic go out and in less than 24 hours he showed up, did the work, checked to make sure nothing was missed, cleaned up --best of all his service, attitude, capability were incredible. I would recommend him and use him again in a heartbeat. Corey understands service and excellence!

I didn't actually end up using Gene's as I had another quote in progress but they were so honest and straightforward about my project, the other company I was working with, and offered what they would genuinely do if they were in my shoes (a sewer main dig up and repair). That's way more than I could say for a lot of trade workers.

We have had Pronto do every major HVAC service in our house and have been tremendously impressed each time. Today we had Sean out to fix an issue with our AC and get an estimate for another service and he was fantastic. Friendly, professional, efficient, and great at explaining the issue and the fix. I will always use Pronto and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I set up an online appointment early this morning and the plumber came on time, as able to give me a fair quote and installed the new plumbing value all in the span of an hour! I was really in a bind as I'm selling my house and needed to get this repair done quickly. I'm really happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Sent in a inquiry, didn't get a response. Then got a message your service has been completed 3 days later. Horrible!

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.
