Awesome company! I had a Friday evening water main leak and they came within an hour. Did a great job!

Friends, charging a “flat rate” and not disclosing costs is shady business.

We were charged over $600 for an hour and a half of work. The piece that was replaced was a ball valve. My wife was flustered and paid them. I called for an itemized listing of parts and labor. The response I received was condescending and evasive. I talked with 2 separate people and they stated “It’s standard business practice. We charge a flat rate.” When I kept asking them to tell me the cost of the part they avoided and said their supervisor would call me...that was over a week ago.

Since then, I called another professional plumber and asked for a blind bid. He quoted me $350 for the job.

If you want to be condescended and charged double, this is the company for you!

Jake arrived 45 minutes after call was made. Service was prompt and informative while being done. I would recommend both his help and the company.

Quick and Professional Water Heater Replacement

Came downstairs one morning to find the floor outside the utility room was soaking wet. Traced the trail of water back to the water heater and identified the leak coming from the bottom of the tank, not a good spot as this is basically a death sentence for a water heater.

Regardless of cause, I had to cut off the water line to the heater and drain it to stop the leak. So now I have no water which I don't think my wife or 5 month old, who uses cloth diapers which require some serious hot water to wash, will appreciate.

I called Hovde and spoke to Sue who was incredibly helpful and genuinely wanted to get someone out to me as soon as possible given the situation. I had to make one quick insurance call after getting an estimate and Hovde was onsite the next day with a new water heater.

Less than two hours after ringing my doorbell I had hot water again, basically it was plumbing magic.

10/10 Would use again.

Had a main valve leak and was provided three different options at various price points with if-than scenarios. Dave took the time to walk me through and explain all the ramifications of the options and answered all my what ifs. Very friendly and professional.

Jason did a great job very professional prompt clean very satisfied ....I will use street plumbing again and i recommend then to all.

Would give this a 0 if i could. Please steer clear of this place. This has been the WORST service I've ever received. Its like the bad K-mart of drain cleaning. First off they were ridiculously late. So much so that i am lucky i was still home when they showed up. After they finished they left the biggest mess all over my house and now my carpets are ruined. Finally after all of this my drain was STILL clogged. Luckily went to Uptown and have not had any problems since. Again anyone looking for affordable but decent service DO NOT call this place!!!!!!

I highly recommend Adam from TJK Plumbing! Adam came on Saturday and quickly diagnosed our problem and determined the spot on 1st floor bathroom ceiling was likely a faulty shower drain tile and not a leaking pipe in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Rather than incurring extra cost by cutting a hole in the downstairs bathroom ceiling, we agreed to monitor it for now. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with!

I submitted a work request at Roto-Rooter online, within the same day I got an appointment confirmation. Our technician, David, was INCREDIBLE—thorough, professional, kind, respectful, personable! Boy is Roto-Rooter lucky to have him! Great experience all around.

Basement was flooding from floor drain in basement. Professional team came and quickly diagnosed and resolved issues. Andrew answered all my questions and helped educate me on my plumbing and drainage in my house.

I was referred to Metro Earthworks and I am so thankful I was. Our job seemed simple but turned complex quickly. They are highly skilled problem solvers that worked towards a solution and not towards an opportunity to take advantage of the situation. The owner, Corey, was there from start to finish – prepping the site, running the equipment, and cleaning up. They are the only company I would work with if you are in need of sewer repair.

Jesse was out at my home that’s currently undergoing a basement remodel. Super nice guy and did exceptionally good work. Highly recommend. His plumbing is tidy and thoughtful. While he was out he found time to remove some unused saddle valves as well as install a filtered hot water line to our hot tub. Cool trick Jesse!

They replace my water heater and I love Their service

Sent in a inquiry, didn't get a response. Then got a message your service has been completed 3 days later. Horrible!

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.
