When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

We had a slow running floor drain and questions about implications for a future remodel. They were extremely helpful with explaining how our drains are configured, removed the clog from the drain, and suggested we could delay more expensive cleaning until the time of construction when it would be simpler. Scheduling was easy, they arrived as scheduled, friendly and saved us money!

TJK pluming was out and did another great job. Kyle was here on time and did an great job. He was able to come the same day I called about a backed up bathroom sink. I highly recommend them. This was the third time they helped me with this old house. I can't remember who was here before but Sid and Kyle were both helpful and helped me feel good about their work.

The roto rooter tech came on time and if I could have gotten off work earlier they could have even made it earlier. I appreciated the call for when to expect their arrival.I was told the price of the service I needed and could decide whether we wanted to continue. The process didn’t take very long and it cleared the two sinks that weren’t draining. Thankful to have unclogged sinks again. Putting in my laundry right now.

We were very pleased with the job Tech #4155 did at my mother in law's house. It's an older home and this was an ongoing problem. The tech found the problem and stuck with it until it was solved. Also, he was able to get to the home less than 45 minutes after we called for the service. He left the job sight neat and clean too ! The Cichy's team was great. We needed a portion of our sewer line replaced and the rest of it lined. They were prompt and friendly in the quoting process (and true to their word on both price and timing). The crew on site were very professional and friendly. They explained what the steps would be as they worked and and took care to minimize the surface area that needed to be dug up. I highly recommend them!

Recently had Cyrus out to clear our drain. He was on time and did an excellent job! I strongly recommend Mr Plumbing & Drains; their rates are reasonable and we got an immediate appointment!

We got a call about 40 minutes before service man arrived saying he would be there within the hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done. He made some suggestions for things we can do to keep the problem from recurring. I was pleased with the service and will call again if we have another problem.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
