Replaced two cartridges in the faucet handles of a guest bathroom. Quik and easy but price was unbelievably expensive. Technician was great. I would give 5 star service and 2 star on price.

Called requesting consultation for my mothers home after seeing so many positive reviews. The woman on the phone was very nice - I explained to her it was not urgent and she was kind and set us up for Mon/Tues. My mother called on Monday to ask for a time to ensure she would be there and the gentleman she spoke to said i am too busy to do this today... then proceeded to tell us there was a fee for his time.
Called today to let them know that we would no longer be needed their services due to the rude behavior of this man (we do not need to give our limited resources to people like that) and he initially hung up on me because he thought I took to long to talk, then I called back and he pick up the phone frustrated IS ANYONE THERE?
Get a grip dude...you are way to rude to be picking up the phone.
I'd pass on this place, there are plenty of options in the Twin Cities.

We had our septic go out and in less than 24 hours he showed up, did the work, checked to make sure nothing was missed, cleaned up --best of all his service, attitude, capability were incredible. I would recommend him and use him again in a heartbeat. Corey understands service and excellence!

Called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to get an estimate for a residential job. Each time the receptionist said the guy who is in charge of that would call me back, and he never did. Poor customer service and communication. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Had a main drain line overflow which we noticed on a Saturday night. Called Ken's the next morning and they came within a few hours to un-clog the line. Been a week since and everything seems to be good. Reasonably priced and quick to the job. Highly recommend.

He arrived on time and was as friendly and professional as the last time he worked in my house, when he replaced the hot water heater. He identified several options for fixing the problem. He told me the cost for each and explained the pros and cons of each approach. That allowed me to choose the best option for my budget. I also appreciated how careful Cyrus was working in my house. He's done several jobs for me and the quality of his work is consistently excellent. That's why he's always my first choice when I need a plumber.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
