I experienced same day professional service for a reasonable price.

I am very pleased with the service provided by this company especially their customer service. Dan and Zach were punctual, very knowledgeable and friendly. Dan answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. He let us know of all our options, and was honest in his answers even when they were not what we wanted to hear. We felt very confident in the choices we made under his guidance and are satisfied with the work done. He also showed us step by step how to effectively and efficiently drain the water heater which was highly appreciated. I would recommend them to anybody!

Leaking pipes under sink. Discount Plumber looks at it and says $875 and writes it up. I ask him to break it out to time and material. He says they don't do it that way. This seems ridiculous, so I say do you think it will take 5 hours (my estimate of $150/hour X 5 plus $75 for new shutoffs). He shrugged and said it may take 5 minutes or 5 hours. It's $875. I gave him $55 for estimate and sent him packing. He is a thief. I bought materials and borrowed tools. Parts $60. Time - 1 hour. Shame on Discount Plumbers. Their reply is totally deceptive as was my plumber. Here's the question. How long will it take? How much will materials cost? How much profit do I need? It appears you need a $600+ profit for a 1 hour job. Thieves .

I had a mainline clog from the previous owners, they were able to clear my drain same day! (And on the weekend)

Juan the the repair man was quick to diagnose the drain problem and explain the procedure needed to rectify the situation. He took precautions to protect our wood floors from the machinery. I had a drain back up on me and I submitted a request via their website. Not even 5 minutes went by before I got a call from Dan. Within 30 minutes, a technician showed up and took care of my issue. I’m extremely impressed and happy about the entire experience. I highly recommend Ken’s for any of your sewer needs!

They communicated well, helped me understand my funding options, and got it done. With my newly lined pipe, I should not need to use them again, but I would highly recommend them for this kind of work.

I had standing water in my basement while I was out on vacation, and on a Sunday no less. Pedro answered my call and got Jake out to my house within a couple hours. I had family there to let them in. Jake was quickly able to diagnose the issue down to a couple failure points. It ended up being an issue with my lift pump. I had lots of questions for Pedro and probably was a pain to deal with, but he is very patient and willing to work with the customer. I was very thankful to find him as he guided me through a very stressful issue.

Fantastic service. They took care of my root problem, gave me a solid quote before doing their work and sent out a supervisor to double check about any water issues. I will definitely use them any time I have plumbing issues!
