I called early in the morning and by 3 pm Pablo and his team arrived and cleaned our main drain. They were professional, on-time, and super friendly. Definitely recommend them!

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.

Brian with Roto Rooter quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a thorough explanation of why it may have occurred and how to prevent it. Then he got to work clearing the drain blockage and was finished in less time than I expected.

We had a sewer backup and it was awful. Roto Rooter came out that night (around 11pm) and stopped the water, snaked the drain, AND got rid of all the damaged material in our basement, including carpet and drywall. They were fast, professional, and friendly. I could not recommend them more highly. Also, they worked directly with our insurance company, which made everything a lot easier.

Was hoping to use this guy as I have many thousands of dollars worth of plumbing work to be done at my new place but I’ve called twice now and have not gotten a returned call. I absolutely despise when companies do not at least call back. Common courtesy, no excuse. 0 stars.

The technician was not thorough in checking out possible clogs. Tools included a powered snake but no water jet equipment. Once the need to pump out the settlement tank was identified, he did nothing more to assist me until that job was completed.

AAA Plumbing has been so helpful! I was in the process of selling my house and they came and took care of some items and were professional, friendly, and saved me some money. I will definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend!

I've been using Gopher Sewer and Drain for a few years now. We have a few old growth trees that are always clogging our mainline. I have gopher come out yearly to clean the line. This year mother nature won and I had a backup. Not too big of a deal as my basement is in finished but not how I wanted to start the day. While I've always had a good experience with the service technician from gopher. The experience with Jeff today was absolutely top notch. He was quick, clean, professional, knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. While I plan to continue to use Gopher for my preventive maintenance in the future I'll be asking for Jeff by name If I can.

You and whoever I spoke to in your office have both been professional etc. I should mention: who ever came out to provide the $49 estimate quoted me an insultingly high ~$1400 to fix two leaks. For comparison: I got a licensed plumber to fix them in less than 2 hours for sure for under $400. So: paying for the estimate was infuriating. I'll adjust my review to 3 stars because I understand these things can happen. Have a good summer Mark.

Nothing was mentioned of a 4% additional charge to pay the upfront 49 dollar fee *with a debit card*. The guy who came out did not have any change so I could not pay cash.
