John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. Great family owned business. Plumber, one of the Hovde sons, was terrific, and very quick. I had a blown water heater and that had to be replaced. They were here the next morning, worked hard, and even came in $200+ under the initial estimate. Couldn't be more pleased. It was Friday afternoon when we called and they had a technician at our house within an hour. While it was a tough clog, Frank tried many different methods and consulted with colleagues to get the job done and us taken care of. He was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly cared about fixing the problem for us. And the pricing was incredibly fair on top of it all. I couldn’t recommend this company more.

Andrew was professional and courteous. The master shower was clogged due to calcium deposits chipped away by handyman. Andrew explained what needed to be done, noting the possible risks involved. Throughout the procedure, he monitored for leaks and damage to ceiling in room below shower. He let water run for lengthy period of time to insure that clog was resolved. He was respectful of my home. He patiently explained care tips that could prevent calcium buildup in the future. Would definitely have Andrew at my home again for any plumbing issues. Highly recommend.
