I had a great experience with Norblom replacing an old hot water heater. We had a quote from another plumber with options ranging from twice as expensive to at least 10 times as expensive. The other plumber tried to sell us on a bunch of extras. Then we called Norblom, and Norblom was straightforward with us, reasonably priced, and did great work. I recommend them.

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

Karin arrived promptly at our home and was wearing a mask. He politely intro, Himself and explained everything that he was going to do in inspecting our furnace. On completion of his inspection he told us everything that was good about our furnace and places of concern. He presented us with multiple options on getting our furnace in good running order. First time homeowner. Trevor G. was our plumber. Loved how they put you on a schedule, come to your house, then provide quotes on the spot! Then be able to do the service right there. We had to have our valves shut off in our kitchen since our house was built long ago and the previous owners either never replaced/updated it or they DIY-Ed it incorrectly and the water doesn’t shut off without resorting to the main line. The service was reasonably priced and Trevor walked us through the different options on how we wanted to do it- or if we wanted to take it a step further. He also took the time to educate us on our plumbing and what could be fixed or be brought up to code. Overall, very professional, personable, informative, and quality workmanship!
