Great experience with getting our furnace fixed. They were very responsive when scheduling an appointment. I used their online appointment tool and received a call within minutes to confirm an available time slot. When the technician was on his way the next day, I received a text (and email) including his name and picture. He greeted me and was very upfront and honest about the inspection and repair process. He quickly identified the issue and came up with an estimate to fix the problem at hand as well as few estimates including other optional service and replacement options for other components as well. He was very clear about which component was the root cause and needed fixing and which other components were aging and could use replacement as well but were optional. I opted for just replacing the broken component and was not met with a poor attitude or pushy sales tactics about my choice. The repair was done shortly after reviewing the estimate and our furnace was back in action. One other thing I really liked was their entire estimate and billing process is done electronically on a tablet. After paying I immediately received an email with a copy of my invoice and the original estimates. Very polite and straight forward process overall, would definitely call them again.

I sought out Erik Nelson Plumbing through recommendation of a friend after getting price gouged from other plumbers with past projects. Never going to another plumbing company again after my positive experience today! Nick was great and cleared my kitchen sink drain quickly and efficiently. Pricing was fair. Highly recommend :)

Called on Friday mid afternoon. Call center took nearly 5 minutes to answer. Setup service call. Dispatch called an hour later. Said fine for Tuesday and someone would call Sunday or early Tuesday to confirm time. They called at 10:30am on Tuesday and said they had no definite time but would give us a 30 minute heads up. I asked how late, they said could be 6pm or 7pm. But we should feel free to run any errands or anything. Canceled as I would like to get on with my day and plan accordingly. This is very poor service, people need more then a 30 minute heads up. No time window or anything. Next!

The Plumber that arrived (Charlie) arrived at the planned time and was extremely patient and helpful. While he was unable to perform the service that my cousin needed, he was very informative and gave us a clear path to find a solution. The world need more technicians like Charlie, thank you!

Removed and Replaced Hot Water Heater. Original ruptured at midnight and I got appt. confirmation for that morning. Great communication and prompt service. New install was completed within 12 hours of failure. Jordan is a conscience professional plumber who does good work and was easy to have in the house.

UPDATE: 3/20/2023 Nick from MSP flushed out our water heater today. He replaced the anode rod as well. He also provided us with some quotes on a new water softener system (our current one is not doing so well). He did an excellent job and answered all of our questions. Thanks again!——-We started using MSP last year for our HVAC system when we bought our new house in the summer of 2021. They have always been professional and great to work with. Today, Jesse, performed annual service on our air conditioning unit. Not only did he inspect the unit and clean it, he explained what we can regularly do at home to keep it running well. I recommend MSP and Jesse to anyone who is looking for a fair and reputable company to service their HVAC system.

Eric B was awesome and informative. Today he came and gave us a rundown of our new homes air ventilation and Furnace/AC systems so we are all ready for winter and beyond. We had Dean's install a new furnace, ac and water heater at our previous home and they did such a wonderful job and so easy to work with we will only use them from now on. The crew that came to instal our heating and ac were on time extremely professional and did fantastic work !!! Wow! When Angie and Chris arrived I knew I would be taken care of. They got right to work and did a good job of explaining what they were doing. Chris was able to find my leak on the first try after doing some investigation and measuring to find the potential problem area, genius. He already suspected it was a nail that went through my water line, he was right! He was able to repair quickly so my house is back up and running again, no more dripping water.. Everything was cleaned up and back in order. I will definitely recommend their service to my friends!! Thank you!!
