Great customer service, every technician that has ever come to our house has shown us the utmost respect and been extremely thorough and detailed in their explanations. I never feel rushed or pressured into buying extra services or products, but feel they do make recommendations that would best benefit our home. Special shout-out to Tina and all the work she did last summer in our basement. Great sense of humor and extremely detail-oriented (she was so so good with our baby and our pup who just wanted to follow her through the house), and to Jeremy who we worked with just recently but was very personable, friendly, and put me at ease as he took the time to make sure I understood everything he recommended and that he was meeting every expectation I had for him that day. Excellent service from every member of the team we've worked with!

Great guys, super fast service. Would definitely recommend them if you have any sewer issues. Called them up after I refused to pay 5 times the amount to a bigger firm to have my main drains augured out. Geno came out the next morning, he was in and out in less than 45 minutes, when the other company said it could take up to 6 hours and multiple guys.

Would highly recommended Paul Bunyan. Jake was who came out to do the service and he was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He was great at troubleshooting and assessing the situation and communicated how we could prevent the issue from occurring again. Great service!

We hired LeVahn to do some major plumbing work as part of a basement remodel. This was probably the third or fourth time we had used them. The scope of work included digging up a concrete floor, replacing all drain lines. They moved a gas line and also changed out the above ground plumbing stack. Basically, all drain lines in the house were replaced. While this kind of project is scary and expensive, we really never had any concern that the job would get done right. And it did! Dave is an amazing plumber, very responsive to our desires. He communicates clearly and is a joy to be around (additive laugh). Andy is a great project manager, always gets back to me quickly and effectively. My wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend LeVahn for any plumbing need. If you want to get the job done right, hire these guys!

I bought a new home from Lennar and Genz Ryan did the Plumbing, AC for my house. It’s been 2 months in my new home and I already had basement water leakage, AC stopped working, hot water didn’t come for first couple of days, pump sump wasn’t fixed properly etc etc. we are punished to live in hot temperatures as they take 3 weeks to fix any HIGH Priority issues. Never recommend and poor quality is under statement. I can’t wait to be done with my warranty time and hire a better company to take a care of my heating, AC and plumbing.

Brett came out to give us a second opinion on a main drain backup issue on our four-plex condo. He was on time and very friendly. He surveyed the drain with his camera and gave us an informed and honest assessment. He suggested a plan and did a great job of doing the work. Brad and his helper Josh arrived on time and performed the annual preventive main drain cleaning at my property, as well as floor drain cleaning, and fixed the slow drain in my kitchen sink. Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.

Dean's was great! I needed some help with new light fixtures and switches and Bryan from Dean's Home Services was able to help the next day. Bryan was awesome! What a nightmare. My kitchen sink clogged last month. Saw their $94 special and called. Was told it would be $149, not 94, I was desperate and agreed. Guy showed up late, was here 5.5 hrs (until almost midnight), had to keep calling for advice, added a clear out that prob wasn’t needed, left black greasy muck all over my kitchen, upstairs bath and basement and charged me $500. Called the next am. Said he felt bad and wanted to come try again, set a time. I was skeptical and about to call the office when he called back and said they should come with a camera on Monday. I agreed. They came said they could add a pipe from that drain to the main stack for $950 more. I agreed and they completed the job on Tuesday afternoon. On the plus side my kitchen sink drains again, but there was definitely no clean- up done on their end and I just found a bunch of what looks like crumbly rusted pipe behind my bathroom sink. Will not be using them again.

Three stars because the hourly cost is over 400 bucks, which is outrageous, but the actual service was excellent. Our tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and competent.
