Best Sewer Line Inspection in Milwaukee WI

Everyone was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful of our living space. Eric and Chip came in with all their equipment and knew exactly where the problem pipe was in my basement floor. What I love most about their service, was how honest and personable they all were. I was so nervous, I thought it was going to cost a small fortune. Eric didn't try to over charge me becasue I am a female, that's how you know these are the good guys. Had a clogged sewer drain , figured I couldn't do it myself so I called Darrell to come after hours.His quote was exactly what he charged. Price was a good deal considering
the overtime. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

I did not use them since they didn't answer phone. but they did call back within 20 minutes.

Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

Andy from Heiden and Heiden in general were excellent! Andy followed through with me the whole process , including the estimate, he was at the site as one of the workers and afterwords with invoice and detailed pictures. This was not an inexpensive repair and I was quite concerned. However, I felt confident in choosing Heiden due to their history, BBB rating, their time in business and Andy on the job. I will and have recommended Heiden for any plumbing job, including Sewer service line repair.

They're reliable, showed up within hours to take a look at my garbage disposal, provided frequent updates, purchased a new garbage disposal, and replaced it within that same day. Charged me $270 to clean out some drains. Was here less than an hour, no parts needed. This did not solve the problem. Seemed to me he just did something so he could charge me. Won't use again.
