Hartlaub's plumber, Issac called ahead and arrived early. When he called he asked where the proper place to park would be to ensure he would not get in my way. Inspection and costs were given prior to any work done. After the work was done we did a visual inspection to ensure that I understood the completed work. Service was performed efficiently in a polite manner. The second job I had done was electrical, my electrician was Joe. The office called ahead of Joe's arrival, Joe arrived in a timely manner, showed me what he needed to do and completed the job and informed me of what he had done. Joe was polite and very professional. I would recommend Hartlaub to anyone if they want to receive quality service. Hartlaub should be proud to have team members like Joe and Issac representing them in the field.

I had an emergency when my water heater stopped working last week. I was afraid my pipes would freeze and I couldnt find anyone who could come out immediately until I saw a reccomendation for this company on nextdoor.com. These guys came immediately and had my water heater replaced AND did some plumbing on some worn out pipes. * When they ran into the unexpected (like sideways wall studs or floor joists where the drain had been planned to go), they were able to make alternative plans and communicate new options to us on the same day so that our timeline didn’t get pushed out.
* They built us a lovely bathroom!

I am so glad that I contacted Knauer...The hose from our kitchen sink faucet began leaking. Your employee Jordan noted that our hot water outpour was also very thin. We discussed and I decided to buy a new faucet...it was installed. AND the hot water Outpour was back to normal!!!! [I had been told that the Problem was the water pipes in my home we’re so old and narrowed.] I am so glad that I called Knauer!

The technician was professional however we paid $267 for him to fix nothing now I have to call another service. Too expensive for a review of the job.

Ben and Eric arrived on time and as scheduled for a tough job, installing a new dishwasher, sink, faucet, garbage disposer, and water filter system. Now, my home is very old and prior owners did (or did not do) their own “Franken-plumbing”. This obstacle, while daunting to any regular citizen, was easily and handily overcome by Ben and Eric. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right, and for a fair price. In addition, they made some other repairs to the wall behind the new installations. We appreciate their professionalism and they were a pleasure to have in our home!

10/10, would hire again!

Replaced a lead lateral about a year ago. Good work but both guys were in a bad mood the whole time about the job, upset about another guy they had to work with, how their education had them stuck in plumbing, etc. A few days ago, had a stuck shower valve. Asked them to replace the whole thing since the fixtures were old anyway. Guy comes and complains that it will take the whole afternoon and that it shouldn't have been scheduled on a Friday afternoon. Because of the cost, I ended up having him only replace the valve (only took one hour). Complained the whole time about the job, the parts not being right, etc. Both times they got the job done but I've never had such grumpy contractors in my house.

Just had furnace repaired, quick clean, courteous and honest. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service.

I tried to use the business. I reached out to get an estimate on a list of tasks that needed to be done. A person can over I handed him a printed list and we did a walk through. Told me they would get neck to meet shortly. Never heard back. Called the business twice after and never heard back. Both people who answered the phone told me I'll hear back by the next day. Didn't happen. I went ahead and used a different service for assistance.
