Professional service with a personal touch. They helped my wife and I with multiple things around the house and were more than courteous. We had a family emergency during our dealing with Hartlaub and the team at their office sent us a card sending their prayers with personal notes from people in their office. Little things like that is why Hartlaub deserves to be at the top of the list for anyone's plumbing, electrical, or hvac needs.

They responded to my plumbing emergency promptly, professionally, and completely. I signed up for their maintenance plan to be sure nothing like this happens again. They were great at explaining everything, and the results of their work are outstanding! I've got a new plumber for life!

I did not use them since they didn't answer phone. but they did call back within 20 minutes.

I've received services from this company for the 2nd time just to be told once again that another plumbing company would be needed to fix my issue. The issue was unresolved as well when they finished work both times. So now I have to pay for services that didn't solve my problem once again.
Edit: I appreciate the run down for the timeline of the job, if this was able to be explained more thoroughly during the tech visit it would have cleared up many of my issues at hand thank you for clearing the miscommunication up.

I will never use their service. Might I add the plumbers are courteous and kind. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix my leak issue. There were called twice to figure this out and I’m still having a leak in my toilet and having to use another plumbing company. They made sure to charge me on time but were not bothered if my issue was resolved.

I wouldn’t recommend them for your plumping needs.

Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

I woke up this morning with a puddle of water under my sink. In a panic, I called Hagen plumbing--I am glad I did. The plumber was on-time and very nice. He explained the situation to me, and fixed it in such a way as to ensure that any future work would not have to replace the valve that he was installing. (I explained to him that we would be changing-out our dishwasher soon.)

I was not charged for the supply run. Additionally, I was not charged for the time that the plumber took to explain the situation to me. He was finished in under an hour and the charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend Hagen Plumbing. (I worked for 4 years in remodeling. I can tell you, these guys are great!)

I am so thankful for neighborhood plumbing and their phenomenal service. I was in a pinch and he was able to come out right away when I most needed an expert opinion. I recommend his service to anyone. Thanks again for being an amazing plumber!

In the past 3 years since moving to this area, we’ve used Bohmann Plumbing exclusively (after being unsatisfied with 2 other plumbers). Brian knows his business well, is prompt in responding and on time, reasonable rates, and is courteous. Seriously recommend him.

Was on time and professional. Frank informed me of things I didn't know about plumbing and helped solve our leaky bath faucet quickly. Even with it being an older brand of pfister. Recommend and will use again in the future.

The best of the 'hardware' stores. I like being able to look up items I need online and seeing where they are located in the store ahead of time, which saves a lot of time. Service is great, and employees are knowledgeable. Only wish they would still cut plywood and plexiglass to size like they did in the past. Must be some liability thing now. Otherewise, an all-around awesome experience for any home needs.

Andy, capped the existing drain under the kitchen sink and rebuilt the whole drain to shunt down to the basement. He did a wonderful job. I am hiring him for another job. 5 stars all the way.
