Our Technician Jack called before he drove out, He performed his safety inspection and found a problem with a leaking pressure relief vale. He quoted a price to replace it and did. I now have the confidence that my water heater is within proper operating boundaries and should not surprise me with unexpected failure in the near future.

I had a great experience. They were able to schedule me in within 24 hours and even recommended a better water heater than I had. They showed up on time, and were very professional while at my house. Answered all my questions and even provided some tips and suggestions. I will definitely be using them again

Hagen was able to come out for service the day after I called. Peder arrived and was able to repair the pipe within a short time. He informed me he had a lot of time left (minimum one hour labor charge) and asked if there were any other issues. Incidentally, there was an issue with the kitchen drain that I had intended to attend to myself. He was able to take care of that, also. The only additional cost incurred was minimal to cover parts. I highly recommend this company.

Highly highly recommend! After calling multiple places on a 90 degree day with our AC out at our business, they were the first one who could come out the same day. They came quickly and were very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. They were able to fix the problem that day. Called Chris at 4:30pm after I came home from work and found water leaking from the ceiling in the basement, I figured a pipe burst but wasn't sure. I gave Chris a call and he was able to come take a look at it and fix the hole he found in my pipe within a hour. Super nice guy, we really lucked out that we found him!!

Please make sure you ask about the costs before they come to your home especially on the weekend as he charges double. He did not fix anything. Instead, he charged my family a large amount for coming to check the issue because it was, “Sunday and I charge double.” He was also very rude to me when I said absolutely nothing. “Do you work on Sunday’s?” This was none of his business. All we did was ask why he was charging so much. So, please do not contact him if you are not okay with disrespect, high costs, and bullsh*t.

Professional job plain and simple. Work was impeccable and well worth the price I paid. The plumber (Tim) put all the PVC Pipes together, checked and rechecked before cementing them together. The outcome was a great end result.

From my first phone call with Brian, Rozga was fantastic. Jason came out to evaluate an issue that another company had “diagnosed”. He was very thorough, explained each step, made sure I was informed of AND understood each option as we got more information. He was able to use his tools and skill set to resolve our drainage issue in a few hrs, vs the big project that we’d previously been told we needed. I just recently hired Roy's Plumbing to repair a clogged basement sink as well as a kitchen faucet. The lady that took my call was very friendly and kind with me while taking a brief description of the repairs I needed done. When the repair guys arrived at my home the repair truck was very clean with an easy to see and read logo. The repair guy was nice, clean cut and knowledgeable. The repairs I had done was also affordable. My overall experience with Roy's Plumbing was a 10. I'll refer them to my family and friends. Thx
