Be careful.. What a scam all they do is replace part and they charge 6hrs..at $110 dollars an hour... He only spend less then 2hrs.. So disappointed that companies let this kind of business practice.. They also charge travel fee.

Called at noon for someone to come out for a sewer backup in our basement. Company was very responsive and had someone out to our house by 2:30. Other companies couldn't come out until next week. So thankful Hagen Plumbing was able to fit us in on short notice.

Overpriced and not knowledgeable. Guy came out and didn't know what he was doing. Said he had never fixed a faucet like this so I watched some videos before I came. We have a standard Delta kitchen faucet you see in all the stores!!! Caused a leak in our basement because he forgot to shut the main valve off. Charged $250 and didn't fix anything! If you don't know what you are doing, don't come out. We can also look up videos too. Be upfront and tell people. We would have found someone else first. Never will use again!

Jake K was very professional. We had a dishwasher and garbage disposal installed. These were new installs not replacements. The work was done well and he was able to accommodate a last minute decision to use an air switch for the garbage disposal. I would definitely use them again.
