I needed a plumber for a backed up sewer drain. I called Dave and left a message. I called another plumbing service with good ratings and setup an appointment with them. Dave (or i think it was Dave) called me back shortly after I explained I already booked with an other company. He asked about the rate and when I told him the rate and other company. He assured me they do good work at a great price. Seems super professional to speak well of his competition I'll definitely call Dave in the future if I have plumbing needs.

Vince sent Curt, who arrived on time and ready to go. He was professional, to the point, and worked efficiently. Afterward, cleaned up like you'd never know he was there. Overall a great experience and beyond a good value.

Paul and crew were great throughout the process. I had a small leak in my water heater and Paul answered my request for service immediately through email on a Sunday morning. I setup an appointment and the plumber was prompt, even a few minutes early. The plumber quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, explained what happened and was on his way and I was on my way with the rest of my day. Thanks PJ's, job well done and much appreciated.

Milestone was recommended to me by a co-worker. He knows I love to support women entrepreneurs and when I called Jessie answered! I was thrilled- she had Adam come out to our home (Built in 1886) and diagnose and repair some issues. Adam also let us know that some of our guest bathroom plumbing was not done correctly- we had that fixed last week. He took the time to explain everything to George and I. I absolutely trust them! Jason at the home office is great as well. We will call you when it is time to have the water heater replaced. It is so nice to have a go to for all of our plumbing needs in our new home. We set up two appointments for quotes. The first time the contractor didn't show up and didn't call. He called the following morning with an excuse about not budgeting his time for a job and he couldn't make it to our house. No explanation provided for the lack of courtesy call The office called saying he was sick. We set up another appointment the following day. Once again he didn't show up and didn't call. There won't be a third appointment.
