Best Water Heater Repair in Milwaukee WI

I called because I had used this company before and needed the plumbing fixed in my bathroom vanity. Was given a time frame for my repair of 10am to 1pm. Sat at home until shortly after 1pm and called to check on the status of my technician, only to be argued with by the owner and told they don't come to my area. When I tried to tell him they have before which is why I called again, he just started arguing with me and told me to call someone else. When I explained his employee already promised service today and I was sitting at home waiting all day, he just continued arguing with me. Apparently his employee has done this before but he is simply not going to honor his word. Terrible way to do business, and looking at some of these other reviews, this isn't the first time they've fallen through on a commitment. Definitely do not recommed.

I have been using Rozga for 4 years for very big and very little jobs. They are reliable and efficient. Today's problem was a broken disposal. Andy first tried to repair our existing disposal. When he couldn't because we had burned out the motor (LONG story), he was ready with a replacement. Andy got everything done in about an hour. Great service!

Milestone is the best plumbing company. My experience was stress free from start to finish. The plumber showed up on time and got the project finished right on budget

Ben, the owner of the company, received my call in the early AM after I found that my water heater leaked badly. He assured me he would get to my house in the evening after a full day of work. He arrived at 3:30pm and was gone by 5:15pm and had everything fixed. He drained and took the old water heater. He had a great personality, and made sure I knew everything about the new water heater before he left. If I have plumbing problems that I am not comfortable fixing in the future, I will call Flow-Rite Plumbing.

Had Viking come out and fix a small gas leak on my water heater. Bill arrived right on time, and fixed the problem quickly. He was very pleasant and knowledgable. Would recommend!

How often do you have both furnaces needing repairs at the same time. Within 3 hours of my call, service was at my house. Paul was very courteous on the phone, Greg did a great job on my repairs. You can count of Cliff Bergin to take care of the problem quickly and treat you like you are truly a special customer.

Here is it three months later and I'm writing an unsolicited review because I can't say enough about the great job Kevin, Paul, and Eric did on our custom bathroom remodel. Each was able to do exactly what we needed done, and made a complex mess look easy. They were all friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Not to mention, Kevin's quote was half of the next highest we received for the same work. (Don't tell Kevin that!) I definitely will call them again.

These folks are the best! Took care of our toilet and made it work better than ever!

Long story short: made an appointment for the following afternoon. No one showed up or called. I called them and was basically told they forgot. Now I have to scramble to find another plumber so I can get my refrigerator delivered tomorrow. This is my 2nd negative experience with Roy's plumbing. Should have learned my lesson the first time. You have been warned!

Plumbers are fine. The boss might want to revisit some policies.
Management: do you have so much work to choose from that you don't care about repeat business? I learned some new swear words while my rotten pipes were being replaced, which is usually entertaining. Unfortunately i suspect that this particular guy was overworked that day, as all of his previous appointments went long, meaning I waited for a while for him after scheduled time to show up. Once he was there, he did the work quickly.

9 hours later my tenant called to tell me the basement had water spraying from a pipe. It seems there was some dirt in one of the fresh solder joints, and the only solution was to shut the water off (again).. and call Gene Wagner to fix their work; but they wouldn't send anyone as it was after hours. The carpet and pad was soaked and I had to take leave from visiting with family from out of state to handle the situation. It took 3 of us 3 hours to remove the carpet and wet materials. Gene Wagner's concession? $40. If GW can bill $120 an hour, how much is my time worth ? $4.45 according to GW.

Work was scheduled weeks in advance and permit was not submitted until 3 weeks after.

I've called and spoken with the office lady multiple times. She's very friendly and apologetic. The real problem I have with the whole situation is they wouldn't fix their mistake because it happened outside bankers hours. Then they insult the value of my time and offer me $40? I would have preferred they keep the $40 and pay to re mediate the water damage to my basement. The last thing I wanted to be doing at 11pm on a Tuesday is carrying 60lb bags of wet carpet up the stairs.

Thanks GW. Your hourly employees are mostly friendly and I have nothing bad to say about them. It's the decision makers that will cause me to look for another plumber. I have paid my bill, but it will be the last time I call GW for anything.

Home warranty sent these guys. Extremely unprofessional. When I asked questions he was extremely rude. Then the next day I noticed the guy broke my light switch. I have been calling for a week and they just keep saying the owner will call me back. I will contact Bbb today.

We used MKE Handyman twice now. once to replace a garbage disposal, once to install a toilet. Jesse showed up exactly on time once and called to ask if he could come EARLY the other time. He was fast, extremely competent, and thorough. Their estimates were more than competitive and were spot on accurate. We intend to use them as often as necessary.
