I have had the good fortune of using PJs Plumbing for the last 3 years. They have attentively addressed all of my plumbing issues quickly and professionally. They have helped redesign and rebuild my hydronic/radiant heat system and due to their input and installation expertise, I have a much more efficient, working system. They also replaced two tankless water heaters over the past year. Their pricing was extremely fair and their technicians have been knowledgeable and efficient with their work. I find it hard to find service companies that you feel you can really trust. Often the first interaction is the best as they try to earn your business. PJ's has been great on all interactions. The service has never been compromised. Each time I have needed them, they have been as pleasant and professional as the last occasion. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of plumbing work -- big or small.

Called Chris at 4:30pm after I came home from work and found water leaking from the ceiling in the basement, I figured a pipe burst but wasn't sure. I gave Chris a call and he was able to come take a look at it and fix the hole he found in my pipe within a hour. Super nice guy, we really lucked out that we found him!!

Ray came on time and not only called the day before to offer to show up on an earlier time slot that had opened up to get our bathroom sink fixed which was super kind. This was super important to us because we have a 9 year old that can barely reach the kitchen sink to brush his teeth and wash his hands, and its kind of not proper to have him do it in the bathtub. He assessed the problem quickly and professionally and even our cats liked him ! A true testimony of his character if he passed the cats test. He was fast and efficient to keep the hourly rate down and tried to utilize some of my existing parts to also keep costs down. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience and I highly recommend this company and ask for Ray personally if you can.

Handled our dishwasher installation and all the issues one would expect to have with an older house. From this and our past experiences we very highly recommend Milestone Plumbing - especially Alex!

Was at my house within an hour of my call. Quickly identified and fixed the problem and explained it to us for future reference. Charged about $200. I was satisfied.

I called because I had used this company before and needed the plumbing fixed in my bathroom vanity. Was given a time frame for my repair of 10am to 1pm. Sat at home until shortly after 1pm and called to check on the status of my technician, only to be argued with by the owner and told they don't come to my area. When I tried to tell him they have before which is why I called again, he just started arguing with me and told me to call someone else. When I explained his employee already promised service today and I was sitting at home waiting all day, he just continued arguing with me. Apparently his employee has done this before but he is simply not going to honor his word. Terrible way to do business, and looking at some of these other reviews, this isn't the first time they've fallen through on a commitment. Definitely do not recommed.

My name is Ben and I'm the owner of Flow-Rite plumbing and would like to respond to Mike's review. I can understand his frustration on how the job went. But would like to clarify a few things, first his situation was very unusual, every time the drain cleaner was sent down the drain the cutting head would become entangled in tampons and could no longer push forward forcing me to pull it back with difficulty, remove the debree and start over, with the same thing happening over and over. I had no reason to believe that I couldn't unclog the pipe once my cutting head would stop being blunted by the debree. Towards the end of the day, the cable pushed through after a dozen or more attempts to break through finally reaching the full 100 feet of the drain machine. After several more attempts, I gave up. It was a reasonable conclusion the pipe was broken since the uncloged portion was far less than a hundred feet away and I had gotten past that point many times. I informed Mike that it still could be possible to open the pipe with different equipment and if that didn't work I could replace the whole run for $5,200 and for considerably Lea's I we just fixed the broken portion. As far as being on the phone 90% of the time the reality is I was listening to podcasts with earbuds and would go outside occasionally to speak take other business calls and for a chance to rest more than anything.

So happy that I decided to call Viking to help with a non-draining bathroom sink (upon the recommendation of a friend that has had consistently positive experiences)! They were extremely communicative, friendly, trustworthy, and professional from the time I made the appt through completion! The issue was resolved in a timely manner for a fair price. I really couldn't be more pleased that I now have a go-to plumbing service that I trust!

Cliff Bergin and Associates came in with a full team of servicemen and installed a complete HVAC system in our home.

They were very courteous and we are very happy with the work performed.

My suggestion would be to call other plumbers before using Gene Wagner. I have used them in the past without any issues. This time I referred them to my son for a clogged valve in the kitchen sink, the work itself was fine and the problem was corrected. However, we were charged an additional $140 plus fuel cost of 7.50 for travel time from when the driver called in for the work order and the time he arrived at the house (38 minutes). There was no mention when we set up the appointment that the travel time would be extensive and costly. I found this odd and called other area plumbers who said they do not charge travel time on top of the work provided. (Most others charge a fee of maybe 95 dollars to come out and that amount is then put towards the word done). I spoke with Scott at Wagner Plumbing and he stated he would talk with the driver and get back to me which he did not. I waited 5 days and called again, he agreed that the travel time may have been high and stated that it is because it is based off of the location of where the last job was done and offered me a “coupon”. I called back and left a message for him to call me which he did not. I will not use them again or refer them to anyone, they are very unprofessional.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Dane was sent to my house to fix a huge issue and did an exemplary job! Everyone that I was in contact with at the office was very professional and delivered quality service. I highly recommend Carl's plumbing!
