JP and Dillon did a great job checking and explaining what we have and what we possibly could do.

Wayne came to perform a furnace tune up. Andy installed a water line for the refrigerator. They were very professional and informative. I appreciated the communication with the recommendations and the quick work they both performed.

Should have called before I wasted $100.00 to rent a 100' drain snake from Home Depot; the machine Darrel brought was ten times stronger than the rental. Basement drain was backed up, and flooded more whenever water was used anywhere in the house. I called and he quoted me $200 based on my description of the problem. Was late for the morning appointment so I had to reschedule for later that evening (by this time heavy rain was coming down and the basement was starting to flood, so another $100 on a utility pump & hose from Menard's to keep the water at bay until he arrived) but $&#t happens, so I didn't take a star away for that-he came back later that same day. Had the drain down within 10-15 minutes and spent another 10-15 cleaning the pipe out just to make sure things were taken care of. The best part: the quote he gave me on the phone was exactly what he charged me. If you have drain issues CALL ROOTER-MAN!!!

Adam diagnosed and repaired our water heater. He was very courteous and professional. I was amazed on how quickly he was able to get our water back going for us. The landlord forgot to mention that the toilet tank was filling really slow. Adam went ahead and fixed that up for us also. Really grateful for the quality service. Thank you.

I called Rozga in the morning and they came out that afternoon and replaced my furnace. I’ve never experienced service like that anywhere. Chris B is very professional and answered all my questions, he even programmed my thermostat! Great service, great company!

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.
