Best Air Conditioning System in Mesa AZ

Are you kidding me? You seem to be rip offs that are trying to sell overpriced repairs! Certainly not pleased with my water heater flush that cost me $79 for nothing more but a recommendation that I need a $2000 repair. No flush was performed!. Only an inspection to tell me I needed this. I will be letting others
know not to fall for this.

There's plenty of half a** ones and not enough professional, efficient and knowledgeable ones that's for sure. I will definitely be using and recommending 911 Heating Cooling and Plumbing again and again. Excellent job on answering the phone, responding quickly and for the outstanding work! Had a Navien Tankless Hot water tank installed after it leaked and had to be replaced. This time it was installed correctly! Thank you so much Howard. The before pic to the left piping was a hot mess and the after pic is clean, straight piping as it should be.

Rainforest is always my first call when I have AC or plumbing issues. In January our water bill was through the roof and I had no idea why. I called rainforest to come check the plumbing and sure enough I had a minor leak that had been going on for awhile. They fixed it and our bill has been normal since. Highly recommend them to anyone!

A faucet broke and we had to turn off the water at 12:30 am. My tech arrived at 9:00 and had it repaired and the water back on by 10:00. Great service!!

We had a great experience with Dukes of air! We called Monday morning and someone was at my door by 11:30am. He had everything he needed to fix our AC right then and there. We had cold air coming in in no time!! Justin had great customer service!

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

The employees rate a 5+. All of the guys were respectful of property covering everything around going out of their way to haul things out. Joe, Edwin and the team were a pleasure to deal with. It was a bad time and situation for me but they did their best to make it easier. What started out as a major back up turned out to be a massive repiping due to old cast iron pipe collapse. I love the cameras that show all the damage plus getting to see the pieces they have haul out ugh!! Big job and big price but unavoidable and pretty standard in the field. They also hauled away ALL the debris and moved things back in place.The only reason I dropped to 4 stars is the financing company Plumbing Medics works with. The paperwork is deceiving listing a monthly payment and payment schedule that exceeds the promotional period so loan would not be paid off in the 24 month 0% interest timeframe. This could easily be misunderstood leaving someone unknowledgeable with the fine print thinking they were paying off only to get all the interest dumped on them at end of promotional period doubling the amount paid. And interest at 24% !!! Can you you spell loan shark or maybe fraud. I have excellent credit and even my credit cards are lower interest rates. If I had known this from start I would have paid with credit card then got a personal loan to pay off at much lower rate. Too late for me now, I called the loan company to move balance to credit card but they say not possible so I will just double up my payments for now. While this might be standard practice with these loan companies helping out with sudden home repair costs it is wrong in so many ways!! Unfortunately financing is not in control of Plumbing medics. I advice them to seek a better partnership with a better loan company.
