Best Water Softener Installed in Mesa AZ

The plumber was on time. Very professional and knowledgeable.

We had our AC unit installed approximately 6 years ago and have since had duct work redone and they installed a surge protector on the unit as well. As part of their warranty work they come every 6 months to inspect the system as well. In general I think they do good work. Their techs are professional and do a good job, however, dealing with their office team is not the same experience. They have a lot of problems communicating especially when there are issues with their original plan. I’ve had multiple times where no one arrived in the promised timeframe and I’ve had also had times where they weren’t able to come out in the same day. During all of these issues I only find this out after waiting for 6+ hours for someone to show. The office tends to over promise and under deliver. If I could go back and do it over again I would probably elect to use a different HVAC servicer because dealing with scheduling and having to block out significant chunks of time for whenever they can get to you is very aggravating.

Mike and Terry are great guys. They tell you what needs to be done and all their work is quality and affordable. These guys are my go to plumbers.

I hired Air & Water factor to replace both of my air conditioners at my property in Gilbert, AZ and I was extremely pleased with the service. Initially I had several contractors to provide me with a quote, but these guys seemed to be the most knowledgable and courteous. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had service done by them before. Their estimator and the technicians were very polite and patiently answered all of my questions regarding the new air conditioners in a professional manner. The technicians cleaned up very well after themselves once the installation was done. The office crew were very polite and courteous as well. My overall experience with this company was extremely positive and I would certainly hire them again for any air conditioner or plumbing related service.

We had a great experience with them. They came fast and fixed everything in one day. They also were cheaper by a good amount with a better warranty. They had to dig a trench in our front yard for a new main water line and they made sure everything looked nice when they filled it in. Excellent work.

We called on wed evening and explained our situation. We talked to curt the owner and he scheduled us for Friday to take a look. Even though they had a busy day and were full. They made an exception and came out after the last job of the evening because we were already going on a week with no water. Very professional, showed up earlier then expected. Was only a fraction of what we were quoted from a different company. They did what they said and got our water back on in less then 1 hour! Jay is absolutely great and his knowledge on plumbing services is outstanding. I have used him on multiple projects and plan to continue using him in the future! In the past, he has helped me to install a water heater, water softener, sink, garbage disposal and more. He even has let me join him on the projects!!

Avoid this company at all costs. All of the other A/C contractors in Arizona nicknamed this company “Chainsaw Roberts” for a good reason. If they are the installer that your new home builder uses, walk away and buy a home from someone else. I’ve had to come out of pocket thousands of dollars to remedy all of the issues that this company created on our installation.
