He has efficiently and cost effectively installed 2 tankless water heaters, replaced the water softener and filtration systems, replaced bathroom faucets, and exterior pipes that had become corroded. Hindsight Plumbing is now scheduled to install a water automatic shutoff system, which reduce our homeowners coverage approximately $600 per year. Mr. Hind has demonstrated on numerous occasions that he is trustworthy and reliable, which are two of the main reasons we use him because we are seldom home.

We called Hindsight at 12:00pm for a water line repair. They were very responsive and arrived at my home at 1:30pm. They had the repair complete in 45 mins. Very professional and did a great job. They are a 5 star company for sure and I will use them again in the future.

I found a leak under my kitchen sink - I’m new to the area and don’t have a plumber to call - panic! Doing an internet search I found Mike - very good reviews. Contacted him on his website - it’s now after hours but he called me immediately. He told me what to do to contain the leak and showed up the next day. After evaluating the problem I needed to replace shutoff valves, faucet, etc. Mike told me what to buy (brand) and he came back out to install everything after purchases were made. In the mean time I looked at other things Mike could help with and he looked after those as well. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Professional, courteous, quality work, fast and reasonable. I’m still new to the area but now I have a go to plumber. Highly recommended!

Had a leak in our main water line, and needed immediate attention and repair. Hindsight responded quickly and had the problem fixed in a few hours.

Had a pipe leak called Hindsight and within two hours Terry was here and fixed the leak. Cost was more than fair and he gave some estimates on the projects I was considering. Hignsight is my choice for any future plumbing concerns. I highly recommend them.

Hindsight worked at multiple locations doing a variety of plumbing issues. One was a complete renovation including a new water line from street and tying into an existing sewer line with multiple unforeseen issues and all new interior plumbing. He performed exceptional in all area’s. He (Mike) went well beyond expectations with regard to service and quality.

Simple straightforward and job done right first time.

The copper pipe attached to our bathtub faucet broke so we called Hind Sight Plumbing for an estimate. They came out that day and gave us a very fair estimate and also included an estimate for replacing the bathtub valve. We decided to go through the exterior wall rather than through the shower to make the repair more cost effective. Another plumber said they couldn’t replace the valve from the exterior wall. We called Hind Sight to schedule the repair and they were able to come out the next morning! Ed was very knowledgeable and skilled and did a great job of completing his work and sealing up the hole until we could get a somebody to come and repair the stucco! Hindsight was very professional and responsive so I would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Plumber was able to make it earlier than expected. The clog was found and cleared within 10 minutes. During the time here, they were kind and informative with what the problem was and how to prevent future issues.

Hindsight correctly diagnosed and repaired my kitchen drain problem right away. The kitchen drain required extensive reconfiguration due to a prior kitchen remodel causing the sink and dishwasher to not drain properly.

Mike did a great job of installing our disposer! He is a great communicator and is very timely!

We had a pipe leak in an exterior fence wall that another company had quoted $1800 to repair. Spoke with Mike at Hindsight and he recommended to have one of his technicians come and take a look. Eddie from his company came out and not only was the previous diagnosis incorrect, Eddie was able to repair the issue quickly and for a fraction of the cost. We were advised by another company that we had a drain line leak under our slab. I contacted Hindsight to get a quote for the repair. After meeting with several companies, we decided to go with Hindsight.

Mike was the most knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the repair. He was also the most reasonable.

Before tearing up our floor he did a camera check and determined there wasn't a crack in the drain line. He advised against tearing up the floor and slab because there was no issue.

I appreciated his honesty about the issue and not just tearing up our floor based on another company. Instead of costing over $1,000 for the repair, he only charged us for the camera check.

Had 3 outside faucets and garden hoses attached. They had gotten corrosion so I couldn’t get them off. Called other plumbers and was way over priced and didn’t seem to care. Found this company on google and great reviews. I called and Mike the owner actually answered the phone which isn’t done much here in Arizona. I explained my issues and gave me a max cost 💲 depending on what was needed. Offered to come same day but had plans because not expecting that kind of great service. They came out next day and on time as we planned, because he worked around my work schedule another unheard of scheduling here again in Arizona. Two gentlemen showed up and proceeded to work immediately, I was very impressed with work ethic and politeness. Was done quickly and was $325.00 quote which was $25 and $325 less then previous quotes. They did get one off easily for them and replaced other two. So, I needed to get some bathroom faucets and a toilet installed, and after spending all day doing just one last time, I decided to hire an expert. I was driving home and saw a truck that said Hindsight Plumbing and a phone number. I called Mike, told him what I needed, and he gave me a great quote over the phone! Many plumbers will not do that, instead they want to visit to quote.
Anyway, he got me in right away, and all 6 faucets and the toilet were installed quickly and professionally. Mike really knows his stuff, he tackled my job with a fair price, and I plan on using him again!

Very good experience! I found these guys on Thumbtack and they took care of my blocked main sewer line in a timely manner. They left, I had the issue again and they returned immediately - it turned out that they needed to snake the auger a little further to clear some additional roots. Problem fixed! We had a small water leak inside a wall. Met with Mike on Friday and Eddie was to come on Monday. He worked four hours replaced a valve and attempted to fix the leak. It still leaked. He returned the following day and still did not fix. Up until that time we paid $480.00. I was told it would be $250.00 more for Eddie to come again. Oh hell no. There was no guarantee he could fix it then.

So... Good and bad.

Good. First time I called, got an answer and a tech out the next day. Great. Price was fine, service was good. Asked tech for a tip on another problem we were having, he gave a suggestion.

Bad. I'm not a plumber and messed up the first techs suggestion. I called Hindsight for a return visit to fix my mistake. No answer. I got one call back when I was busy and asked if I could call back... I did, multiple times, never got another call. So, I had to call another plumber and pay almost double because Hindsight wouldn't get back to me.

I had a cracked main water line to the house. Obviously needed to be repaired ASAP. Other plumbers were too busy until the next week! Mike came out after he was done for the day to look at the problem.I finished digging out the main water line and bailing out the back flowing water. Mike did an excellent repair the next day. The price was extremely reasonable. We had water restored to the house many days before any other plumber would have done so. Outstanding work and highest recommendation.

Mike was very responsive and available to come to my house and find out what my problem source was. He got the utilities companies involved right away as it was an outside job, had materials, ready to go, and came and fixed the problem in short order. Having had to have the water to the house shut off because of the problem, his quick response and service was a huge benefit to me and my family in getting our water going again. Hindsight Plumbing gets it right. when you lose your water it’s pretty much an emergency and just a thought finding someone it’s frightening. I saw these folks had really great reviews but I called the owner picked up the phone said he’d come out tomorrow morning and see what parts he needed and he’ll fix it that afternoon. He texted me to let me know he was coming got the job done with just one phone call and one text.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mike with Hindsight Plumbing and his crew did a phenomenal job on a service line replacement! His follow-though was great, as was his turn-around time, professionalism and expertise. I had gotten 4 quotes; the highest was $4000, the lowest was $2000. Mike's quote was $2500. All four plumbers were proposing a different solution to the problem. I went with Mike because his solution seemed like the wisest (use a boring machine to have a new line going from my main water to the street). Another plumber’s “solution” involved cutting through my entire concrete pathway (about 25 feet); another had the new pipe re-routed through the garage and the shut-off valve relocated; yet another did not instill confidence that he could do the job right or in a timely manner. Mike not only scheduled the job earlier than the other guys, but it took him less time than I anticipated….and he gave me a discount ($2350). I am happy to say that I’ve found a great plumber for life….and that’s such a relief. Highly, highly recommended!
