Our service technician Robert is amazing! Detailed information what he needed to do. Work done in a timely manner! Robert was professional courteous and cleaned up his work area before leaving. I would definitely use Bsj Plumbing again. When I purchase my new dishwasher I am going to request Robert to do the installation. Leanna in the office was very helpful and provided service as soon as she could get Robert to my home. Overall a great company with great service!

After getting a $10,000 guote from another plumbing company Davis plumbing came out and repaired it for $139. It has been great for the last 2 weeks and the toilets they also replaced are great. Having them come back out and do other facets It's great to see companies that know what they are doing and not just throwing money at a problem. Great job

PlumbSmart was referred to me by a member at my gym. I needed a garbage disposal replaced. I called them at 9:00 a.m. this morning. A few minutes before noon Darrell was walking out the door. Disposal was in, tested and cleaned up. He arrived early, gave me a decent bid, had a disposal with him, installed it, tested it about ten times, showed the finished product and was done. I was astonished.

I had a toilet that was running almost constantly. The tech was very helpful and recommended a few options, I went with the cheapest option, replacing some seals. Unfortunately the toilet is still running, but less frequently and shorter periods. Unfortunately I will eventually have to replace the toilet, which was the most expensive option. Hopefully I can get some type of discount or pro-rate, since the first option didn't fully fix the issue.

Dukes of Air arrived promptly and after they checked with me, keeping our distancing, they went to work. I was amazed at how quick & efficient they were. They’d have been finished in about 7 hrs, but ran into a problem with the new thermostat not communicating with the a/c. They called in a tech for that & she came out quickly & the problem was solved. I’ve used Dukes of Air for about 8-9 years & they are unfailingly prompt, knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. I highly recommend them.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Mario came out to help fix my sinks at our business and was great. Super helpful, clean and friendly. The sinks are in a cramped service area and he even made sure not to get in any ones way during our lunch rush. Thank you Mario.

After noticing my AC not turning off (July in Phoenix) I called Minuteman to schedule a maintenance visit. Herb came by to give what I hoped would be a tune up. He explained to us that the condenser and air handler was very old and on its last leg. He gave us a great breakdown and offered us multiple brands with different sear and tonnage ratings. We selected a air handler / condenser package we liked. The team came out the next week and installed both units. Our house is considerably more comfortable and the AC is running a fraction of the time as the old system.

Brandon (my tech) came across town after hours and completed the work promptly and with excellant craftsmanship. He walked me through the pricing and my warranty information. At 200pm i had a busted water heater, and at 800pm i had a brand new functioning water heater. Thats 6 hours from my initial call to completion! Thanks for the great service.
