I called Parker and son today because my thermostat went out. And ask them if they could come out and replace it. They said they could not come out because my air conditioner was too new. Do not use this company. Never have I ever heard of such a thing. I will never recommend this company to anybody or ever use them.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

When we moved into our house they came out and did a bunch of work for us. Unfortunately a mistake was made by one of their technicians and a line wasn't properly checked after it was hooked up. We came home that night to find our basement flooded and the ceiling had collapsed.

Within an hour of our phone call to RYCO plumbing, they had a team of people at our home. The owner of the company was on the phone with me within minutes. Of course they resolved the issue of where the water was coming from but what they did next was what made us lifelong customers. We didn't have to ask for anything, RYCO plumbing had already made phone calls to a cleanup company, a drywall company, a carpet company, any service we needed done had already been called and set for deployment to our home. In just a few days our home was back to normal and it was as if nothing had happened.

Several months later when we started to smell something moldy in the hallway upstairs near the original site of the leak, RYCO once again and without fail was on top of things. The drywall company was back in our home and removed much of the wall on either side of the original leak. They cleaned everything up, put new sheet rock on our walls, redid the texture and painted it like new.

We have used them several times since and have recommended them countless times to many people. If you want a plumbing company that stands behind their work you want to call RYCO plumbing, they are awesome!

I had ceiling that was bubbling due to water accumulation originating from somewhere on 2nd floor.Nick came in and quickly diagnosed the source of the problem as failing wax ring in toilet. Simple replacement is all that appeared that it needed. He could’ve scammed me by saying the drain lines from above were leaking or something like that, but he didn’t. I decided to do the follow-up work myself, but a fair service call for his visit is all that was charged. He also offered the company’s services if I should run into unexpected problems while doing the repair myself.A fair, honest technician and company as far as I’m concerned!!
