Technician was extremely detailed and considerate when providing my estimate, answered all of my questions, and within a few hours had my water heater replaced and my laundry room cleaned up of water and dirt. AC went down on a hot day. I called in and technician was at my house within an hour. Jeffery diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and provided ample explanation. Oddly the part that was installed was faulty and broke that same night. I called and the technician came right out and replaced it quickly no charge. Price was very reasonable and excellent service. I know my unit is old and will need replaced soon but there were no sales pitches. Will definitely use this company for future needs.

Technician was Outstanding. Although I had already debugged issue telling him it was run capacitor, he quickly confirmed it with amp probe, he also checked everything else out and took the time to repair cracking wires by re-wrapping them. My only issue is paying $358 for a $16 dollar run capacitor. I understand labor cost of vans, parts etc. But its about $100 too high. Ill join yearly service to reduce my cost in the future. Still a great company.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

Apparently they are out of business. Long story short, I gave them a $4500 deposit July 25, 2022.. Five months later, they are out of business….with a realtor lockbox on the door and a “traffic boot” on their trailer in the parking lot. No answer to daily phone calls for weeks. Broken promises, one obfuscation after another. This is the only time in my life I have ever said this about a business—they are CROOKS.
