I had a plugged shower and a friend gave me the number for 911 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. I called them on the Tuesday before Christmas and was given an appointment time for Wednesday afternoon. To my surprise the technician called in the morning and came about 15 minutes later. He was very knowledgeable about the problem and had my drain open in a very short time. I really appreciated the promptmess and skill the technician demostrated. I highly recommend the company and would use them again.

Rainforest is always my first call when I have AC or plumbing issues. In January our water bill was through the roof and I had no idea why. I called rainforest to come check the plumbing and sure enough I had a minor leak that had been going on for awhile. They fixed it and our bill has been normal since. This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. Air & Water Mechanical Service is exceptional in every way from the office to the repair and installation staff!! We have used them for several years for several different services and the are our first and only choice for their services. The office staff is so polite, courteous, kind, professional and always responsive very quickly. The are always available especially for emergencies 24 hours a day and they call before they come so you know when to expect them for your appointment time. Routine repairs and maintenance are quickly scheduled and there is usually always someone available within a day or two. The office staff of Amy, Lluvia, and Katie are superb and treat you like a VIP and family!! The team of repair staff are also amazing. The fee came to $231.
I could have had a new toilet installed for that price.

If you ever use this company expect to get a bunch of sales calls after and even after you asked them to remove your name and phone number from the list they continue hounding you years after
