I was in a bind. My AC had been out for over a week & another company had tried & charged me for several attempts to fix it - 2 weeks to get a new unit in.I turned to Parker & Sons. The entire experience was beyond my expectations. Every employee I worked with from phone calls, to sales & then install were great. No up-grade pressure beyond my needs from sales. The installers, Mannie & Robert, were wonderful. Both were courteous, smart & professional AND on a brutally hot day working in the attic.What a great company!! Our AC went out yesterday and My wife and I were freaking out because we have an infant and it was 113° F out there! Dukes of Air was amazing! The front office staff was incredibly understanding and, during the busiest season for AC companies and ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON, they were able to get someone out to us within 3 hours. Tom was an amazing help and got our AC up and running in no time! The price was more than fair and the service was 5-STAR! Thank you Dukes of Air; I am definitely a lifelong customer!

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

I had one of my AC units go down, on a Friday night. Called Air & Mechanical when they opened on Saturday. They were able to have a technician out before noon that day. After determining the unit was not repairable, they identified a replacement and scheduled the install for the upcoming Wednesday. With both the product and labor shortages everyone is experiencing I was very happy with everything.

We have used Ferrin Ryco on several occasions with water heater issues, plumbing issues, and they have always gone above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. Highly recommend.

For the price I paid for a pipe to get rerouted and a new hot water heater installed, I expected a better job. Even when they came back to redo the hot water heater, it wasn't done right. Very disappointing, I would never use them again.

Dave and Chad were professional, punctual, and polite. Chad kept the space VERY organized and clean throughout the install, which took 2 days. They both communicated effectively by calling or texting responses quickly. I have no complaints whatsoever and definitely recommend this company. The shower is clean!
