Best Replacement Heating Installation in Mesa AZ

I called your office for the price of a service call for a plumber and I was told there was no charge at less we do the work and you accept the price .
I had a compleate faucet set for my bathtub waiting and a bathtub faucet spout waiting.
I was told that will be $585.00 to replace the whole set. I said no to that and ask how much for the faucet spout? Your plumber said : I'll probably won't charge you for that I appreciated and said Ok just put the spout.
Then he said that it was $185.00 and asked me to signed. I was completely surprised because all he did is remove the hose that was connected to the water and put the spout on.
If I had not called to ask for the price of the service call I would blame me for not asking questions. I was told by your office no charge if I didn't accept the work. You plumber said no charge
How, then, I ended up with a $185.00 bill?
I feel that it was very deceptive in your part.

Outstanding service! I called for an estimate and they quickly added me to their schedule. When the plumber (James Spears) arrived for the walk through and estimate, he was very professional. listened to my idea and provided the best solution. PlumbSmart was able to start the very next day on my laundry room relocation project. James and a second plumber Marco V did exceptional work . They did a weeks worth of work in two days, their attention to detail and hard work represented the company well. I will for sure recommend this company to family and friends. Professional, timely, couteous service.Today's repair has a one year warranty on plumbing parts. In the past they've recharged our air conditioner unit and replaced a failed coil. Based on our experiences I am comfortable being a return customer of Parker and Sons for any variety of their services.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

I needed to replace the main water shut-off outside my house. I called Ralph about 1pm and he was able to come at 2.30pm the same day, Friday afternoon. Job was completed perfectly within 1 hour, and he also had the part needed to repair an anti-siphon valve for the irrigation supply. Very pleased, top marks, highly recommended.

Jr was great to work with; along with his assistant, Jace. The pipes burst and were able to reroute the lines. Junior made us feel at ease and we trusted him. Quick and a job well done!

UNDISCUSSED DELAYED CHARGES BEWARE!!
This company recently charged me with an invoice for a service that occurred 9 months ago. I was told at the time that the service was included in the existing service contract that I had with the company. Up until recently I had not received any notice that charges were due even thought they claim to have sent me multiple reminders- which I never received. They also never mentioned outstanding charges when I continued to use their services.. I settled up for later jobs without this charge ever even being MENTIONED. This is incredibly shady.
I highly recommend to not use this company.

Gave them a total of 22k for a bathroom remodel and windows. They did the bathroom but can not get ahold of them for the windows. Been calling daily forn3 weeks.
