Diefenderfer Plumbing Co

Mr Diefenderfer flooded our house after failing to inspect a drip line that he installed from our sink to the fridge.
This was the our first order of business before we moved into our new house. So after he installed it we left and didn't discover till we revisited the house. Unfortunately by then the kitchen and adjacent media room had an inch and a half of water in them. As a result of his negligence our walls and lower cabinets were ruined and had to be removed and replaced.
After notifying Mr Diefenderfer he got belligerent and started yelling at us on the phone. We are pursuing this case in the court system because he has chosen to refuse to repay us and even refuses to refund the hook up fee.
Accidents happen but he handled this horribly.

It clearly stated in the receipt / contract that the owner wrote out, that after the hook up, he was to check for leaks (see attached picture of the receipt). It's very concerning that you, and your company refuse to acknowledge any ownership of this problem.

Professional! Reasonable and Knowledgeable! Large plumbing company wanted to charge $5075 for a hot water line re-route due to slab leak !! They charged $825! Very happy!

I wanted a RO system on my kitchen and a hook up to the refrigerator. Diefenderfer plumbing was referred to me by a friend that had been using their services for over 4 years. Ralph came in and explained how the system worked. I told him that I did not want my water to be acidic. No problem. Ralph went to his supply house and brought back a water softener that had an alkalinity increasing filter and installed it under the sink. Once the installation was completed, Ralph ran water through the piping for a while to make sure that there were no leaks. This was an amazing experience and they will be handing all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

I needed to replace the main water shut-off outside my house. I called Ralph about 1pm and he was able to come at 2.30pm the same day, Friday afternoon. Job was completed perfectly within 1 hour, and he also had the part needed to repair an anti-siphon valve for the irrigation supply. Very pleased, top marks, highly recommended.

My house is 28 years old and Diefenderfer Plumbing has been doing superior work for me for over 20 years. Ralph and his crew have installed 2 hot water heaters, an RO system, and a water softener. They have replaced faucets, fixed leaks, etc. Pricing is fair. All work has been done in a professional and courteous manner. I also like the fact that Ralph takes pride in his work and stands behind it. I would not hesitate to recommend this plumbing company.
