We had a unique problem that required some problem solving. After snaking the line from the roof vent, the free camera inspection identified a o-ring gasket loose in the line that was clogging the line. the technician Spencer was able to push the object all the way clear to the sewer line eliminating future problems and proving a great inspection of our drain lines. Thank you for your thoroughness and professionalism.

We had a couple of different issues going on at once. We received a few estimates from other companies that included tearing up concrete inside our home, and having dirt piled in places dirt should never be piled (inside bedrooms/bathrooms) to repair one of our problems.

My home was built in the 60’s, and we completed a remodel a couple of years ago (inspected pipes prior to remodel-no breaks). With the age of the home and recent remodel, cutting up the floor was not the most desirable option. After researching alternatives, I came across Perma-Liner’s website. I submitted an online inquiry and received a call back from Spencer at Cure All Plumbing a short time later. We scheduled an appointment for the next business day.

Spencer showed up on time, and we went over options for the needed repairs. I chose to have him quote the option that was the least intrusive to our home. Spencer went out to his truck and returned about 20 minutes later with an estimate. His estimate was a lot higher than the others. It was actually over twice as much as one. However, his estimate addressed both problems we had, and didn’t include destroying the inside of our home which comes with additional costs in itself. Seriously, the thought of having dirt piled inside with two active dogs was not appealing at all. My wife and daughters also came to mind.

I took a few hours to consider our options and do some research on Cure All. They have an A+ BBB rating, and the only negative reviews they received were related to the cost of the repairs, not the quality of work. In fact, I could not find one negative review regarding their work.

For reasons mentioned above, I chose Cure All to complete the repairs. They demoed one concrete slab in the middle of the patio outside, dug two huge holes in two different locations down to the sewer line on my property, lined the pipes with CIPP liner, installed 4 new cleanouts (my home didn’t have any), back filled both holes, and poured the concrete back for the patio. All of this in four days. Then, returned one more day to complete the repairs for the broken pipe under the bathroom floor. During the last day, Spencer made an additional repair to a drainpipe that was found leaking while doing work in our hall bath at no additional charge.

All work completed was done professionally, and without any question regarding quality. All service techs were friendly, courteous, and hard working. Great crew!

A few days after all repairs were completed, we had an unexpected problem with the repaired pipes under our bathroom. This was at 5:30 pm on the Thursday before the 4th of July holiday weekend. I contacted Spencer immediately via text message with a photo, and he responded within one minute. He was at my house 30 minutes later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and worked till after 8pm to resolve it, returning the following Monday to finish up.

I can accept that not all repairs go as planned. In my opinion, how a someone responds to an unplanned event, is more important than the event itself. Problems with pipes can be fixed. Problems with people’s attitudes are very rarely fixable. I was extremely impressed with the response when we ran into this issue. Spencer worked late on the eve of an extended holiday weekend. He stayed focused on the task at hand and did it all with a courteous and professional demeanor.

Cure All Plumbing is a trustworthy company! Great customer service! Honest, accountable, professional, courteous, and friendly technicians. A company with all these qualities is hard to find. You might find someone to make your repairs for less money, but you’ll be hard pressed to find a better company. Quality of materials and labor come at a cost. Our job was completed in 5 days. Other companies weren’t even able to start before Cure All had the job done.

If you choose Cure All Plumbing, you will not regret it. I will definitely use them again, and I won’t hesitate recommending them to family and friends in need of repairs.

Restaurant steam Wells down due to steam well snap. This was not a easy fix due to timing we were in the middle of breakfast and they made it happen. Dirty job at a fair price worth the phone call.

Leo and Luis provided detailed information regarding my plumbing issue. They explained why the grinding of the roots would not be effective in the long run and to spend a little more money for a better long-term solution. They walked me through the repair process and talked to me about the importance of salt treatment to deter root growth in pipe and bullhorn drain-out. All in all, their visit was not stressful, but a pleasant experience.

My only nit - which really makes this a 4.5 out of 5, is I would have liked him to walk thru with me the re-circulating timer to ensure it was set correctly. I was left with the manual to do it on my own. This left me questioning whether I set it up correctly so it’s working as needed.

We had our waterline blow just after the meter. I called Cure All Plumbing, and they came right out. They started fixing it right away, and worked late into the evening. Next morning we had running water again. They did a great job getting the landscape to look exactly like it did before. I'm very satisfied, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Mark answered my emergency call and came earlier than time stated. Got leak stopped and water back on which was a blessing since my 86 year old father lives with me. Just disappointed that it’s going to take a week for them to get back out to finish but I’m sure they are short handed like most business these days.

Fantastic job. We were without hot water for a week and couldn’t get a new one until next week. I called Cureall and they came out and installed a new water heater on the same day. He even found out that our old water heater was still under warranty so he had to take it to Home Depot to exchange it.

Leo Nevarez did a a great job. Professional and on time. From the quote it was a two day project and they kept it at two days. He worked hard and got it completed. He cleaned up all the mess each day.

I’ve used CureAll Plumbing for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed. This time was no exception. Our toilet was ghost flushing due to gradual loss of water from the tank. Cure-All rebuilt the tank with all new parts. This should have fixed the problem but it did not. Even different new parts from different manufacturers did not fix it. Joe did not give up. He traced the problem to an imperceptible flaw in the tank itself and solved the problem. Cure-All did not charge extra for the repeated trips required to solve this problem. You can’t go wrong with this company.

Mike and Rich did a wonderful job replacing my old tank water to a new tankless water heater. Both guys work hard and explained thoroughly how my new water heater works. I’ve used Cure All Plumbing’s Services twice - the first time was to fix a mistake another plumber had made in our home, and the second was to install a water softener system. Both times they were on time, courteous and their pricing was very reasonable - I highly recommend their services!

The plumber has provided an excellent services for us. Water kept flowing out of the old, broken hose behind the laundry machine in our house, but we didn't notice it until the water was all over the floor of our kitchen and part of our dinning room. I called the company to have the problem solved immediately. The plumber came quickly within 35 mins and had the problem fixed. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing services.

The plumber who was sent this time was not very knowledgeable though. I have a Fleck 5600 water Softener he said he was not familiar with it.
If he is a plumber and was sent to work on a water Softener he has to have a good general knowledge of the different systems available.

Leo, did a great job and was very personable, had a great personality. Is not your typical plumber he goes beyond the normal and certainly know what he is doing. We enjoyed having him here to fix our issues with our plumbing.

Plumbing can feel like a nightmare. I tried hard to fix the problem myself. Even rented a drain snake from the home depot but failed to clear up the problem. Called Cure All. Great decision! They are equipped to handle anything. They have specialty tools that turn plumbing into a known science instead of a guessing game fraught with stress. They'll be my first call the moment any plumbing issues arise in the future!

Had a cartridge that would not come out for anything. I called them around 5:45am on a Saturday and they were at my house in less than an hour later. Got the cartridge replaced and everything is working as desired.

I had called them for a quote to convert my electric stove to gas by laying/ connecting existing line. I have water heater, pool heater, fireplace and barbeque that run on gas. They had to find out where the existing lines are and provide a quote. They came, assessed but could not find out where the existing lines were going and said they can bring an equipment to find the gas lines and it would cost $450. They said it would be better than breaking the wall to find out where they are. They came the following week, the person was supposed to come with the owner but came alone. Struggled to find the lines, in the end he said he has to still make several holes as the exact location cannot be known until they break the wall. The reason i spent $450 was to get a pricise assessment where they make fewer holes! They said they will send me a quoute in 48 hours. ....They happily pocked $450 and vanished without trace and did not even bother giving me a quote.

We had a huge slab leak that flooded the basement, they quickly found the source, stopped the flooding and rerouted an entire line without causing a huge mess or cutting into multiple access points. A couple of weekends ago we had a couple of copper thieves steel our backflow device from the front of our office, leaving our office without water. Unfortunately, this affected all of our employees and we had to limit our staff in the office. We contacted approximately 10 companies and we chose Cure All, this was without disappointment, they performed a top notch job and in a timely manner, the crews worked very diligently and efficiently. Cure All plumbing fixed/replaced our Bradford white and they did a pretty good job. Very responsive- I called them @ 9 pm and they had the water heater replaced by next morning with a very reasonable price as well

I suggest that when installing any equipment that has a serial number (and model #) service tech should either record it (like on your novice)
so customer can easily record it for warranty purposes. In my install the garbage disposal serial number faced back of cabinet .. was very difficult to retrieve.

Rich was the Technician that came to 2 of our Fresenius Kidney Care locations today. He repaired 2 Eyewash Stations and did a really nice job customizing the drains so that they drained properly. He was great. Highly Recommend.

They used the best technology to camera and identify leak and helped come up with most cost effective and efficient way to repair my broken pipe. Cure all was transparent with pricing any extent of damage. I would definitely use them again for my next plumbing issue.

Job was over-priced for work actually needed. Tech stepped just inside laundry room and without taking a close look at work required, quoted me a price and said that the new valves would have to be soldered in. I used this assessment in my pricing consideration when I gave the go ahead. As it turned out, it was just a matter of threading in the new valves. Price was not adjusted for work actually required.

Mark and made quick work of finding a group of 36k gallon/month leaks in my system that had resulted in new pond outside my garage and a custom pitching mound out front. I initially had to work with Jayson to get the work done the right way and a little over a year later I am having the same isssue. I have been communicating with Jayson and Cure All Plumbing trying to get the work done properly but to no avail. They do not stand by their work and I highly recommend going with another plumber.

Leo came out to check on issue of air in pipes. Going through the system it was determined our 21 year old water softer was bad. Leo sent us a quote for a new one and in a manner of a few days it was installed. This stared as a DIY gone wrong. Logan arrived in a Sat night to cap the water in my diy bathroom Reno. This was after I flooded it twice!

He then can back to properly connect the water lines behind the wall. Then he came back AGAIN to finish the install when I finished the tile!

Can we say above and beyond?!?!? Yes we can!

I then decided that after new countertops he would install the kitchen sink. Thank GOODNESS I made that decision. Little did I know I needed an extended flange for the garbage disposal! New sink = longer drain hole. Lesson learned!!

Donald Fennig from Cure All Plumbing arrived on-time to fix my water main leak in my front yard. It had been leaking for a couple days and I was stressed thinking about the cost and how high my water bill was going to be. He checked everything out, explained everything so I understood and gave me the cost to fix and a 2nd estimate for recommended work. I chose to just repair the leak for now which was surprisingly less than I thought it would be and asked for him to send the additional repairs recommended for future consideration. He was here for less than 2 1/2 hours and after digging up the pipe, fixing it and cleaning up my yard, you'd never known he was here. I would definitely call them for any future issues I have.

We had our Main drain clog Sunday night and they sent out Leo to work on it right away as an emergency. Leo worked on the problem for about 3.5 hours trying every different possible way to fix the problem before he realized he’d have to come back Monday morning and fix it with an extra person.
