Jon Robinson's Solar and Plumbing is a gem of a company. Family owned and run, they care about service and value and I always felt that I came first. I am in the process of having a HW tank replaced due to damage to it from a water leak originating from the unit above me. When the remediation crew accidentally cut the main water line and water was gushing, a call to Jon and reroute of his two sons to this emergency situation saved the day. I have to say the 3 J's Jon, Jeremy and Josh as well as Aaron (but lets just call him Jared to keep with the J's), are totally customer oriented, friendly and go the extra mile to explain things and make things right. I am from Canada and this is my 2nd home...I have total peace of mind on my plumbing when these fellas are behind it.

Jeremy was assigned to a home we were mitigating for a flood. He was very professional and represents his company well. He located the source of the problem quickly and helped the homeowner begin the process of getting her home back together.

We’ve come to rely on Jeremy and Josh’s quick and professional service. They have helped us unclog a slow draining tub and replaced a drain stopper, did all of the plumbing on our kitchen and bathroom remodel and most recently, replaced our waste disposal. They also provide excellent advice on preventing future plumbing issues. They are courteous, on time and stand by their work. We can’t say enough about the service they’ve provided to us over the last 4 years and we highly recommend them both.

Highly recommend. Diagnosed the issue that was on the outside of my home and explained the different options to fix it. Replaced the part and put everything back together better than it was before. The work done was very clean and tech was very knowledgeable.

Jeremy replaced some faulty plumbing around the washer/dryer and saved me from having a big problem in the future! He also put in a new toilet that had to be special ordered as it was a non standard rough in. He even took care of picking it up from Home Depot and installed it in my absence as I was out of town! He is extremely trustworthy and professional and didn’t waste a minute! I wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again and highly recommend Jeremy!

Both Jeremy and Josh were great! I had my tankless water heater descaled and Jeremy explained the whole process; something I appreciate as a consumer. Both of them were super professional and cleaned up everything after they were done. Admittedly, probably a little cleaner than they found it.

Jeremy replaced a toilet in my house. He was very knowledgeable and I felt confident that he had my best interest in mind. When I was looking at a more expensive toilet he recommended a more cost effective model that would still give me everything I needed. He was quick and efficient and I also noticed he went the extra mile to clean up the area and make sure it had that clean look I had requested. Jeremy is just the smartest plumber i have ever had. i had 3 different companies including George brazil, parker and ben franklin and no one could fix my hot water issue. He came in and was very knowledgeable and fixed problem in no joke after an hour. 3 companies and 2 months of repeat calls and it was fixed first trip first hour problem was solved and dtill solved! these guys are the best and would use NO ONE ELSE! fsir price and fast service1

This review is way overdue. I feel so fortunate and grateful to come across Jon Robinson’s company to help me with the plumbing in my home’s remodeling project in April 2022 as well as the installation of new water heater in January 2023. I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy and Josh Robinson. Words can’t describe my experience of working with them. Not only they both are highly professional, skilled and knowledgeable, but also very polite, friendly, and trustworthy. Just want to leave a “thank you” to Jeremy. He has been great taking calls to fix and install plumbing at our home and salon. Very reliable and thorough. The only thing I would suggest is that the website be updated so it is more interactive and easier to see and leave reviews.

Unbelievable. I hire these guys to replace my water heater which was still working but was getting old. They leave, I get home a few hours later to take a shower and no hot water. Apparently they didn't turn on the circuit breaker. They didn't even check it before they left.

I am extremely disappointed after how much money I paid for their services and OVERPRICED parts I could have purchased myself. Also, I was told it was a flat fee to replace the water heater which INCLUDED taking the old one away. Oh no, they charged me $30 for that as well.

The estimate I was quoted included changing my kitchen faucet which they didn't get to because they pushed back the start time from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30. After I scheduled the appointment 2 days before and alerted my neighbors that the water was going to be turned off at 10:00. I paid more than the high end of estimate and my kitchen faucet wasn't changed.

Isn't this their profession??? Unprofessional and unacceptable. No honesty or integrity. I was jerked around and overcharged. I was going to pay another $200+ to have them come back and replace my kitchen faucet and my garbage disposal. I don't think so. I was duped.

I’ve never had an experience with a plumber worth reviewing, but I’ve used these guys twice now and they are exceedingly polite, on time, and explain what’s going on so I am informed and don’t waste my money. They are expensive, but most plumbers are— and these are the only ones that have given me advice about how to make the most of the trip fees and minimum. Their first job was with leaky faucets outside, and they worked fast to do as much as possible within the time allotted. I called them back for a leak in the garage and slow drains and had the same experience. No one likes having to call a plumber, but I will gladly call Jon Robinson’s the next time I need their services.

we had what we thought was a hot water heater leak last month only to discover it was a leak under the slab of the pipe leading to the hot water heater. We had three plumbing companies come out to give us estimates. One plumber arrived with his jeans slung down below his hips so when he bent over to view the problem we had full view of his gluteal cleavage! Uggg!! Not letting that guy back on my property. Jeremy and his brother were our third call. They came out to assess the problem within 24 hours of our contacting them. They offered the best estimate and a more reasonable explanation as to why they thought they could fix the problem without having to do a total reroute of the plumbing. We took their estimate and they fixed the problem within 24 hours even saving the corrupted pipes to show us where the leak had formed. We found them professional, knowledgeable, quick and skilled at performing the job. They we friendly, arrived on time and left the area clean. I would recommend them highly and plan to use them in the future for any plumbing problems.

I have had them out a couple of times now and their work is top notch, they explain what they are doing and what may need to be done in the future without trying to up sell repairs you do not need. Honest, fair and hard working are a couple more adjectives that I would use to describe Jon, Josh and Jeremy. They are all great guys and I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

We've had Jon's team out to perform several different jobs over the years, including replacing a leaking jetted tub with a new soaking one (including all the drains and traps), replacing all the water connections/valves at every sink and toilet, new spigots on our outside water taps, installing our R/O system (twice...we did a remodel in between), new faucet hardware, all new toilets in every bathroom, and unclogging drains. They've always been super-nice, friendly, fast, reasonably priced, and professional. LOVE THEM!

Jeremy Robinson was prompt in responding to my plumbing issue. A broken pipe underground which actually was partially in a neighboring yard. He was professional and patient during the entire situation and in dealing with the neighbors as well. Jeremy also discussed with me long term plans in maintaining and eventually replacing the pipes to the main line. Excellent service all around. A very positive experience!

Jon Robinson has been our plumber for 25+ years; the reason is that he is a great plumber! He is honest, reliable, and his rates are reasonable. Now he's instilled the same qualities in his sons who do him proud. They always do their best to fit my needs into their busy schedule, and it's very much appreciated. I wouldn't trust my home to any other plumber.

In July 2016 Robinson Plumbing came to my home to install a faucet, the installation took 15 minutes and by 3 am my entire kitchen was flooded. I called time and again (finally stopped payment on the check) and at 11 am the next day the plumber showed up –ripped (I watch him do this) the faucet out and told me he would contact Watts and I should give him my invoice. I told him I would call Watts and return the faucet myself so he left and was never heard of again. Watts sent the faucet to their quality control Division but said they could not determine it the damage to the faucet was caused by the install or removal. Robinson Plumbing Company sent a collection notice, which I paid so I would not hurt my credit rating. To Date it has cost me 678.00 (repair of the cabinets, another plumber and new faucet) to correct Robinson’s error. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.
