Gregg and G&G Brothers has been my plumber for over 20 years. I have changed address in that time but not my plumber. His latest job was to replace my broken gas hot water tank with an electric hybrid hot water tank. As always his quote was well priced and accurate, and his work was friendly, timely, clean and excellent.

When making a big purchase such as an air conditioner, car or a home I always spend a lot of time researching before making a decision. I began this process by looking at air conditioning companies that have at least 200 reviews and then sorted out the ones that had close to five stars. I then made phone calls to find out which of those had been in business at least 10 years. I selected three companies to come out and give me estimates. Jerry from Dukes of Air gave me the best price, they were going to install aTrain unit and we upgraded to a 16 seer unit. Jerry was very considerate, thorough and responsive to my questions. He also addressed things the other representatives did not. I told Jerry that one of my concerns is that the company I choose will be around in 10 or 15 years if I have any problems. He said that Train actually will make sure that if the installation company goes out of business they will still make sure that they stand behind their product. It was an easy choice to select Dukes of Air to install our new air-conditioning unit. Their crew arrived on time and was also were very courteous, respectful and responsive to my concerns. On this visit I needed a water heater replaced. About an hour after I place the call, Francisco arrived at my house. As he worked, he explained he was doing and answered all of our questions. He even encouraged us to watch and allowed us to take pictures while he worked. He gave us discounts on the service call as well as a veteran's discount. There were issues with removing my old equipment which made the service call run long, but he never got impatient even though he finished after normal hours. Kudos for excellent customer service!

Second time using Davis Plumbing. Both occasions were ASAP as water had to be switched off at the main valve. Each occasion with two different plumbers the response was prompt. We had a backed up sewer the Sunday after Thanksgiving around midnight. We must have called 10 companies who were supposedly 24 hour shops, but none of them would be able to come until the next morning at the earliest (with our SEWER coming up).
When I called 480, I spoke with the actual technician (not some company receptionist) and he said he would come over IMMEDIATELY. He quickly troubleshooted the issue and got to work. Once the issue was resolved, he said his work was guaranteed and he would come back in the next 30 days if we had any issues (not always guaranteed by other companies, sadly). I would highly recommend 480 plumbing!

Frederick & Sons has done some work on our plumbing for the last few years. Every time they have come out the guys have been very efficient and nice. Explaining what they did and answering any questions. The jobs they have done have not been less than perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.
