They came immediately when the water heater was spewing water. The water heater was replaced quickly. They left the space better than they found it. The water heater had all of the components it should have had before. Awesome! Great price, too! I totally recommend them!

Our toilet wouldn't stop running and the shut-off valve wasn't working either. We called 480 Plumbing and Tom was here within 30 minutes. He quickly fixed the problems and then took the time to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot of questions). We were so impressed with his service that we also had him replace our aging water heater. If you're looking for someone who is friendly and knowledgeable and does quality work at a fair price, you've just found him.

My daughter and I attempted to replace and then install a new water heater. It looks easy on you tube. Home Depot wanted $ 900 dollars to install a $379 dollar water heater. George Brazil wanted to charge me $500 a few years ago to fix an almost new A/C that only needed a fuse. Tom was at our home the next day. He was quick , affordable and does beautiful quality work. I can't thank him enough.

I had a DIY plumping project go wrong on Easter weekend and Tom was able to come out to gold canyon on Easter morning within an hour of my call.

We used 480 plumbing to install a water softener in our home in Santan were the water is horrible. Tom is a true professional who takes pride in his work in fact I've I've recommend him to family and friends. We had a backed up sewer the Sunday after Thanksgiving around midnight. We must have called 10 companies who were supposedly 24 hour shops, but none of them would be able to come until the next morning at the earliest (with our SEWER coming up).
When I called 480, I spoke with the actual technician (not some company receptionist) and he said he would come over IMMEDIATELY. He quickly troubleshooted the issue and got to work. Once the issue was resolved, he said his work was guaranteed and he would come back in the next 30 days if we had any issues (not always guaranteed by other companies, sadly). I would highly recommend 480 plumbing!

480 Plumbing saved the day. I had a major water leak and no one could figure out how to turn off the water and repair the problem. Within just a few moments of being on the property 480 Plumbing had found a secret water shut off hidden in the ceiling, stopped the water, ordered parts and left me in great shape.

Had a tankless water heater with 2 H20 filters also installed . They did a great job with the installation an very professional. Would definitely use these guys again .

We have had Tom help us with several plumbing projects to date and he has been amazing to work with every time! He is extremely friendly and has a very keen attention to detail. The most recent project entailed replacing the stub outs and angle stops for a kitchen sink. He finished the project in a very timely manner and upgraded the valves while he was there. I would strongly recommend you give him a shot for your next plumbing repair!
