They came to our 3 plex wen't into the unit next door and didn't even check to see if there was a chance of flooding our unit. When they turned the water on next door in the empty unit because the last plumber left the toilet off in our unit, our apartment completely flooded with perhaps 20 gallons of water. They made no effort to clean any of it up and were just going to leave our unit flooded, had no shop vac. Husband had to spend almost $80.00 to purchase one just to clean the water up. When you are on a job it's common practice to walk the area and look for any possible issues that might be present. Which they didn't do! Not at all professional!

Chris at Pink Plumbing provided fast and professional service when completely replacing a sewer line from the bathroom to the septic tank in the back yard. This included digging out the the bathroom floor and the back patio. When it was all done, it not only looked like nothing ever happened, but now the plumbing works better than it ever had in 15 years. Thank you, Pink! Highly recommended.

Hi today I had the pleasure of having Francisco assist in the order of a fixing a job in my house with my toilet and bathtub, and I just have to say that he was very polite, courteous and very excellent and strong work ethic. He asked me questions and he answered the questions I had, and explain his job thoroughly very satisfied, and would definitely recommend your company again because of people like Francisco very friendly, very attentive to what I had to say thank you for sending Francisco out today .

We called at 6pm for an air conditioning unit that was not blowing any air. We were told we would get a call back about when someone was coming out. We never received a call and instead called them again at 730pm. They said we were on a list and next for the technician. We called for a third time at 10pm and we’re told we are next but cannot give a time estimate. We waited over night and no call came through. We called back at 5am and the call center representative was rude and unhelpful. He said the company closed at 630pm and didn’t know who we were speaking with all those times. He offered no resolution and told us to call back yet AGAIN at 630am. The company is a fraud and will not help in an emergency. The 24 hour help is nonexistent and not a real thing as advertised.

Called at 8am and we’re here by 10am. Install took maybe an hour or so. Christian was awesome! Professional, friendly, and explained what was happening each step of the way! Because of Christian we found our plumbing pros!

I have used Cure All Plumbing now on 3 separate occasions over the past 7 years and each experience has exceeded my expectations. Not only are they friendly and have excellent communication and customer services, but they are also knowledgeable in their trade and take the time to explain things to you. They were never pushy in their sales either. After having horrible luck with a home warranty always sending out terrible companies to incorrectly fix things for us, Cure All Plumbing was able to correct their mistakes and even help assist with problems over the phone. They stand by their work which is why I will always use them in the future.

Excellent customer service and very reasonable price. They fixed our AC the same day I called. I will definitely use Air &Water Factor in the future. I will use them to replace my water heater as well.
