My mother's been without a bathroom for a month now her warranty refuses to cover it so we called these guys to come fix it well he gets here and says there going to run a camera tell us our problem . Then he says he has to wait for his partner to bring the camera so he sits out side for 45 mins comes in with another guy and says they can't camera it because I have no drain out and says it's 4800 to put one in .I start asking questions about it and he gets frustrated and says look it's expensive deal with it and then asks about his service fee . I told him bill me for n I'll forward it to the correct people
I don’t even know where to start , they have amazing customer service . I’m not sure if the name but the receptionist was really helpful. The process was easy and fast very good, I think Alexis was his name very nice young man. He walked me through every step and made sure I understand the process . Thank you again for an amazing experience .
Joel and Irving did an amazing and fast repair on my shower drain. Very professional, knowledgeable, and caring for my condo. I will use these guys again in the future.
We had a clogged main line, I called Hero Home Services and in less than an hour, we had Alex at our door step ready to save the day. He hopped on our roof and in less than 30 min our drain was clear. Thank you Alex and Hero Home Services for saving the day!

After getting a $460 water billl!!!!i called hero and they not only found the leak but fixed it the same day!!! Fortunately it was a small one, but it caused so much water damage :(, anyway thank you Joel and Jorge!

Hero Home Services went above and beyond for us when our plumbing needed replacement. We have used them multiple times and are always impressed with how quickly they respond. Whenever we’ve had an emergency someone is here within the hour. They always communicate the issue and provide us with a list of solutions without pressuring us on which to choose. We are happy to have them for our plumbing needs.
I contacted Hero Home Services because I had what I thought was plumbing problems but it was actually the pipes. Yikes! Christobal and Orlando were very professional and did a great job in explaining the problem and the process that they would go through to fix it. Orlando even drew pictures for me to understand the problem...I needed this because I am not a plumber! They started the work and brought in Guillermo. He did an excellent job in explaining what he was doing, his workmanship was great and he was fast. He worked with Alex to attach all of the new pipes and cleaned up everything afterwards. They were all very responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend them and I am happy with the end results.

Jorge, Beyond professional beyond tell me at the time that he said that he was going to come and actually in less time save the day for us I would recommend Jorge anytime any day to come to work for you at your house.. Matthew was very informative about what to do if the issue happens again. Matthew was also friendly, and smiled a lot. I will be using Matthew again and I will tell my grown children and my co workers about Matthew again.
The technician Mark was very polite and informative. He talked about what the problem may be and how he was going to fix it. He fixed the issue. I had an experienced plumber out here and they couldn't do anything. Mark is barely out of a plumber apprenticeship program and fixed the problem easily. I would recommend this company and this technician for all your drain clog issues.

Hero Home Services is an Excellent company!! We called them to fix our underground pipe water leak! They were timely & repaired our leak in a very quick manner. Ernesto came to my home becuase of clogged pipes. It was determined that my entire sewer main had collapsed. Ernesto and his team made short work of our problems.
The Hero team is very professional and caring. They understand the importance of whats happening and all the stress it is for the family including the dogs. They work very quickly and hard to get things back right us. Ernesto walked us through everything always fully explaining the situation and answering any question we had. I can say enough about these guys, they are really Heros!

After having another company out that tried to charge for services not provided and an incomplete job. Hero home services came out and unclogged my main line. Then returned two days later with a camera to ensure there were no additional issues for no additional cost. They are great and you should use them!!!

I had several different plumbing company's try and unclog my sewer and were unable to clear it they tried using the clean out and removing the toilet. It did not work, they felt bad for me and gave me a discount. I only had to pay $300.00 instead of $700.00. They suggested I install a trap door to be able to unclog the sewer. It would only cost $5,000.00. I decided to give it one more try and call Hero Home Serviced. Thank God I found Hero Home Services. Jorge was profession, and efficient. He explained everything to me. He tried the same things and more. He cleared the clog and asked Joel to come by and bring a camera to make sure everything was cleared. I watched the camera and my pipes were clear. They took the time and trouble to make sure everything worked and I had piece of mind. Only paid $59.00. I highly recommend these 2 plumbers and their company. I will not call another plumber from now on. They are my HEROS!!!

I had Jorge and Joel come out to the rescue and they were a true life saver! My sewer was backing up and and I saw how they put their plan together to find the problem.
