It was a great experience. I found James to be very knowledgeable in what he was doing, and could answer all my questions. Gave me options to what I needed to do which was very helpful. I will use the suggestions that he made to resolve my situation. But overall I found it to be a very very professional experience and continue using them. Will continue using Parker’s and Son’s for all my household needs for repairs plumbing, electricity, and AC.

Justin was very nice and knowledgeable about our a/c and what it took to repair it. He fixed the air.conditioning unit within minutes. Dukes of air fit us in for the next day so we were able to come home immediately. They deserve five stars by far

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

I’ve used Air and Water Mechanical at the many hotel properties I help manage in the past and have always had an amazing experience. This past week, in 115 degree weather my home AC unit quit working.

Chris came out and was very kind, fixed the issue within a 40 minute time frame and had my AC blowing cold before he left.

As frustrating as electrical problems can be, PJ and Debra were unrelenting in getting our issue resolved quickly and as inexpensively as possible. PJ was professional, and patient in explaining what the problem was, and how he was going to fix it. We highly recommended them!

Here I am with a fridge ice maker line, completely mangled, because I'm an idiot, on a Sunday and the water supply to the house turned off. My brother recommended plumbing Medic. Francisco arrived within an hour and completely saved the day. The estimate was provided before any work was done. Was completely reasonable and Francisco was done with the job within an hour. Raul an Angel just left from Isley's. They were wonderful. We have a manufactured home and they were very knowledgeable about our unit. Found the problem, fixed the problem, and explained to us what they were doing every step of the way. Very affordable. Will not use anyone else.

I was very satisfied with the work and price of the services. He came out right away and got everything done in one afternoon. He's an owner operator who takes care of his customers and doesn't gouge you on every repair. He also has over 25 years of experience. I would recommend to friends and family.
