Recently had a gas water heater & a microwave replaced. BSJ Plumbing was assigned to install both.

Very pleased with the quality of the service, the attention to detail(I.e., post-installation cleanup, protecting surroundings), as well as punctuality. Neil installed the microwave; highly recommend him for installs. Unfortunately, can't remember the plumber's name, but he was really good, too.

Also need to commend the scheduler; Jen, I believe. Had a very tight time frame in which to install the microwave, & she made it happen. Thanks!

Kirk was our technician, and he is amazing! Very kind, professional and knowledgeable. We needed to have the pressuring reducing valve to our house replaced. They were almost HALF the cost of others we got estimates from. Absolutely recommend!!!

Brian responded to the apartment complex I manage yesterday. There was a yard line leak three feet down. Under a concrete pad, an electrical transformer and a tree. He found the leak and had it repaired as quickly as possible. Truly a professional job. Give him a raise.

The technician did a good job. He found a part that needed replacement and did so (my unit is just 4 years old, no matter who does the service they always find something to replace). I didn't want my unit to go out in the summer heat of AZ so of course I had to say yes. I need to learn about AC units, then maybe I can make an informed decision.

Had some initial challenges with scheduling but Jose and Nathan and the guys more than made up for the prior problems—they worked through the day and night, even till midnight on one occasion, and over multiple days. In short, Jose and his crew made sure the job was done, and done right. Hats off to these hardworking guys—glad to have newly lined pipes!
