I broke off the handle of the water connection behind my fridge and Jaimie replaced it. This happened on a Saturday, he arrived shortly after my call and did the repair. He was very pleasant, professional and timely. Thank you again Jaimie!

Had a major clog that backed up the sewer drain from the middle of my front yard into my bathtub. Called Jaime around 10am and he was at my house and working on the problem within about an hour. Jaime was very responsive, arrived quickly and managed to unclog the sewer pipe and get everything working. The service was great and will definitely use him again.

Jaimie of JI Plumbing was fantastic! I own a business and my one and only toilet stopped running on a Friday evening. I Googled plumber Scottsdale and his was the first business to pop up, so I thought What the heck and dialed the number. His wife, Judy, answered the phone with the sweetest southern accent and handed the phone right over to Jaimie when I told her about my debacle. It was 6pm on a Friday- so understandably, he offered me first thing Saturday morning. He came to my shop around 9am and completed his job before we opened at 10am- it was perfect! He was very pleasant to talk to and had a very professional and kind demeanor. Thanks so much for saving us from being toilet-less on our busiest day, Jaimie!

Jaimie was sent out by my home warranty company. He is the best plumber we have ever had. I will request him time and time again. And, will call him when we have repairs needed that the warranty company doesn't cover. Jaimie is fast, efficient, honest and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional plumber.

These people are horrible. Didnt finish the job broke my pipe while working and than demanding extra labor of $100 to put pipe in my toilet. Dont call these guys .

Had surprise flood in the garage this morning when the water heater gave up. JI was recommended by a trusted friend and Jamie did not disappoint. He was here in a flash assessed thie situation efficiently and gave me his very fair proposal. A few hours later we had everything buttoned up. I would highly recommend this company.

Never called me back!!

I noticed that my hot water heater was starting to leak water at the bottom. I called J.I. Plumbing early on a Monday morning (a little after 7:00 a.m.) describing what was going on. Jaimie informed me that he could be out by noon, and sure enough - he pulled up just a little before 12:00! He was able to pick up a new water heater, take out the old one, and install the new one - all done by 3:00!! He definitely brings with him years of experience and know how in the plumbing field. What is most impressive about Jaimie is his accessibility and responsiveness. That, on top of his expert workmanship earns my rating of 5 stars!!

Woke up early this morning to take a shower. Lol and behold, no hot water. Checked out plumbers for the Chandler area and found J. I. Plumbing had good reviews. Called them at 7 am and he was here in 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and then he replaced my water heater, installed a new one and hauled the old one away. Great service, nice guy and a hard worker.

We have had several repairs and jobs done by Jaimie Innes with J.I. Plumbing and never been so pleased with a company than we are with these folks. They are professional, courteous and especially fair priced!

One instance was a Saturday afternoon, we arrived home to find our garage and driveway FLOODED with water. Once we got inside, we saw the water softener fittings had dry rotted and burst. Immediately, we called J.I. Plumbing who instructed us to turn off the water and within a half an hour, Jaimie was present, fixing the situation. Unfortunately, this caused a problem with our water heater and Jaimie immediately replaced that as well for well under any pricing I had seen elsewhere.

J.I. Plumbing has installed a garbage disposal in the sink, new kitchen sink and faucet, Reverse Osmosis set up, and water heater. He has been our plumber for sewer clogs (we have large trees) and other mishaps.... again, VERY FAIRLY PRICED and always professional and prompt service.

I would never recommend another plumber than J.I. Plumbing.

I tried installing my own faucet and soon realized I needed a professional. I asked my trusted AC guy (Croffoot Heating and Air) who they recommend, they told me to call Jamie. Glad I did! He did great work fixing my mess. He was professional and personable. And the price was great. I recommend JI Plumbing with 100% confidence.

Our warranty service sent them to clear a clogged drain. The guy showed up in what appeared to be a personal vehicle with no equipment. He looked at the clog and took pictures. Without even trying to clear anything he said they would need to run a camera through the system to find the clog. He then said they would need to cut a hole in the wall to do that. It would cost $215.

We called and had a different company come out and they cleared the clog with an auger. This company is a sham. Don't use them.

He did great job fixing the problem that makes the pipe shaking in my garage .

J.I. Plumbing recently did my washer valves and did a great job. The price was very reasonable compared to other places. Jaimie, the owner, is really a nice guy; prompt, courteous, personable, and did a thorough job. I would not hesitate to call him for other plumbing needs.

Worst service ever !!! Came to fix a small leak in faucet via a warranty company and now water is gushing out while opening a faucet. On calling back to report the issue , they gave me a 500 $ quote to fix this . So now a small leak is now like a fountain for me .. Never use or call for a service .

Jaimie is my go to plumber. He's professional and knows his trade inside out. Plumbing is one of those things you don't want to play games with! Whether you need a garbage disposal unit installed, or a complete redesign of your kitchen or bath, call J.I. Plumbing and have a pro do the work.

This is the worse plunming services at all levels. Extremely unprofessional and does not respect appointments. Kept making promisses and lied eveytime. Did not show up for promised appointments multiple times. They made wrong diagnosis and were unable to cix a simple sink issue after two weeks of not showing up and lying. Advice for the wise. Stay away and find professional plummer that will respect your time.

Jamie just finished up fixing our shower that had been running full HOT for the last 2 months. We had the water heater replaced so we knew it couldn't be that. I gave Jamie a call after seeing him recommended by our neighbors on Next Door and he was able to tell me what the problem was over the phone after answering a few easy questions.Jamie was on time, super personable and all of my pets visited with him as he worked in the bathroom. We feared we would have to replace the shower handle because of how bad the build-up was and it would have been easy for any plumber to suggest it for a few extra bucks, but Jamie wanted to try some other options before having to resort to replacing it completely. His way WORKED, our shower now runs PERFECTLY cold when I need it and we have found our go-to plumber for LIFE! Thank you Jamie!! Trish & Evan
