Very good service. On time. Up front rate quotes were reasonable. They diagnosed a water heater problem as part of the same service call and it was fixed quickly. I'll use them again no question.

Installed a new system. First proposal received was $3k higher than other proposal from different company. Sales person said that they couldn’t match the price which is ok however the following day we received a call that they now can match the price.Service was great and the team did an amazing job.The pricing negotiation are skeptical and left me wondering.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

So glad to have found this company after a lot of shopping around. I have a home addition / remodel project starting soon. I needed to get things lined up in advance for a multitude of reasons, mainly due to supply chain issues and the fact that so many companies are busy these days. That said, I was ghosted by four other companies before being contacted by Air & Water Mechanical. I explained to them up front that I was setting things up in advance and that my project was starting in a few weeks. They had no problem giving me an estimate and understanding my situation. They have been friendly, prompt and professional handling my project so far. Other companies wouldn't even return calls after I told them up front what was going on. I will update after installation, but so far I'm impressed ... stick with the family owned businesses, much better response.

Henry was very professional, friendly, and efficient! He did a great job explaining what he worked on, and even helped with an additional service (cleaning our Reverse Osmosis filter). Service was able to be scheduled day-of, and the dispatch was very communicative.

We needed extensive plumbing and drain repair/replacement in our older home and Jay and his crew did an amazing job, finished the job on time and were very professional. We would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again for any future plumbing or AC needs.

The tech that came out fixed my AC within minutes. He was so nice and professional. I feel bad I didn’t get his name to mention it. I’m so thankful because working from home with a baby and not having AC on a day that has an excessive heat warning is less than ideal. Isely’s is amazing!

Frederick and Sons lied to us about the work they were going to complete and what would be required in order to repair my A/C. After they left, I climbed on the roof and saw they had not completed what they said would need to be done. They over charged me. They were rude and unprofessional once they were confronted with the dishonest service and simply stated that we paid so much because of their knowledge and got a break on our price because they could have charged more for their knowledge and trade skills. I . Called several other companies after speaking to them and every last one of them quoted me a much cheaper cost! Inspect what you expect should you choose to call them!

We had a problem with a newer install and called them told them it was a 106 degrees and their air conditioner quite.first they said they could come out until they said it was a year and half old they couldn’t come for a week.told them there was baby in house and they got more rude. Don’t ever hire them if you want honest results
