Called in for service, understandably in this crazy heat, I was told two weeks considering it wasn’t an emergency.I was then told I could be put on standby and was moved a week earlier and because it was standby the window for the appt. was 8am-5pmI called the day of service at 8am, was told I was 3rd on the list for a specific tech and that the tech will arrive approximately between 12:30 and 2:30.Called again to check status and was now told I should have never been told a specific time and that due to being standby it was still 8-5 window and that the tech will call when on the way…NO TECH, NO CALL FROM TECH NOR FROM THE OFFICE!SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL TO LEAVE A PERSON HANGING THE ENTIRE DAY!!I called in complained and asked that the service Mgr. call me.MGR. NEVER CALLED!!!Best part is I received a text the next morning indicating that the tech will not be coming and please call in to reschedule for next week!! REALLY? TECH NOT COMING…DUH!!I understand that the weather has been crazy but don’t make appointments that you cannot keep!!!Thanks for nothing!

Called Dukes of Air for a warranty work late in the day on the water pressure regulator and and they sent tech Asap. Great communication and on time. Replaced the defective parts without problem. Highly recommend their service!

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

They fixed the issue quickly. They were working hard the entire time they were working on my issue. I would use them again if we have something go wrong again in the future.

Would definitely recommend there services. They were easy to deal with, on time and professional. The Technician Jeffrey M. that came out was awesome!! He was punctual, knew what he was doing answered all my question and got the job done. The mess was bigger than what we had though but he figured it out and did a great job. He even cleaned up after himself which I don’t see vary many technicians do.
Also me and my sister agreed he was pretty easy on the eyes... not sure if that last part helps 😂🤣😝 but would recommend them for sure!

Both Joe and Edwin with Plumbing and AC Medic provided prompt and professional service regarding a clogged main sewer drain. Their camera and years of experience helpeddiagnose the problem quickly. I highly recommended their service.

Not upfront with pricing. They sent a technician out and was quoted $289 for a standard clogged toilet. Sent them away after paying a trip charge of $29. Called another plumber 5 minutes later and got upfront pricing of $99 with no trip charge (same day service). My own fault for trusting them on fair pricing. Should have called 1-2 other plumbers.

Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.

RNP installed a misting system at Caldwell County BBQ. Steven was timely, competitive and very neat. It was important to us having a new facility here to have the piping and nozzles look professional and organized and visually pleasing. And Steven was able to do just that.

This company is absolutely a joke. The AC they installed in my Lennar new home broke for the second time in a year. I will never want to deal with this company.
