Best Air Conditioning Unit Repairs in Mesa AZ

I recently had my AC stop working at 8pm 6/26/23 I reached out to alot of different AC companies with big names I had seen on TV or Radio and were in the top searches on google. All of them couldnt tell me if they could have someone out to my house immediately or if I had to wait until the morning and all of them needed to take down ALL of my information first before giving any time frame. Since I have a 4 month old baby and needed the situation to be addressed asap this was a little annoying. I found 911 Heating Cooling and Plumbing after scrolling past the top google searches and Scott answered his phone almost immediately. He was able to let me know the minimum cost up front and was able to get back intouch with me very quickly to tell me he could have a tech available and on the way within half an hour. Robert was my guy he should up and diagnosed the problem quickly and luckily had the part needed to fix the issue on his truck. All said and done I only had my AC out for a couple hours total. I would definitely recommend them if you need things done fast and correctly and will keep them at the top of my list in the furture. Thanks guys!

The PlumbSmart team did a great job on our repipe. Josh explained everything that would be done, and Hernan and the rest of the team were fantastic. They were very conscientious of us being without without water and stayed to minimize the inconvenience. They also tried to keep the mess to a minimum and cleaned as they worked.

Alayna was awesome. Friendly and polite, took time to explain things. Replaced hose bib on a pipe that splayed while trying to remove the compression fitting that was previously installed. Pleased with her choice to sweat on a new connection so we don't have to deal with the compression fittings again.

I had three new Trane units installed by Dukes of Air. They did a great job! I had a minor repair on one unit 6 months later in the heat of the summer. Came out the next next day at no charge. Great customer service!

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Devin expertly and professionally replaced all the pipes and valves at the main shut-off on the side of my house. Great job!!! Pricing more than I expected, but fair for the labor and fittings involved. Will use you again!
