After a difficult time with Conway, I called smith’s plumbing. Will came and was so wonderful. Very honest and informative. I knew exactly what work was being done and felt confident in his work. They also quoted me less than half of what Conway quoted me for the same job! If you need a plumber, Smith’s plumbing should be your first call!

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. Every experience I have had with these plumbers has been terrible. They are not on time to emergency calls, when you call to follow up you are hung up on. Completely unprofessional and 10/10 would not recommend. Installed incorrect parts, unreliable, unprofessional, rude to customers.

Daniel, Ethan and Michael Gray were all very professional. Daniel for holding down the cost as much as possible. And Michael for his hard and long hours of fixing my plumbing on a much older house. I would recommend Tim Stewart plumbing to all my family and friends. Well trained staff.

Don’t be fooled, I’m pretty sure most (if not all) of the positive reviews are fake/paid. What I got was the reality, which was after giving and confirming a time to come, they never showed up and never responded to any further messages. I got completely ghosted because this isn’t a real business. Live and learn.

I needed a toilet installed. I purchased the toilet myself. I called Tim Ferguson because of their rating on line. He quoted me $580.00. It came to a total of $614.00! He was there less than two hours. They even charged me the one time trip fee. And on top of it all he tried to get me to buy a membership for my next discounted visit. Seriously? We discussed putting in a new shower. Not at those prices. Can't afford it.

I had 3 toilets changed out. Hugo Plumbing was reasonable in today's times compared to many larger chains. The crew was on time and very professional. I decided to use their toilets for quality and warranty. IThey immediately separated to divide and conquer. They were quick but very thorough. The last installer checked 3 times before he left to make sure everything was just right.
They are also family owned. I'll be using them for future plumbing needs.

we had a water leak in the center of our home -- under the foundation slab. River City provided a solution without breaking up the concrete. They fixed the leak, and provided help with the sheet rock repairs.

This company has serviced all our heating (including a boiler) and air and plumbing for years. Very reasonable and honest. I highly recommend!
