Smith’s Plumbing technician John, arrived early for same day service and before entering my home, he covered his boots with cloth like booties, which I appreciated.John assessed the plumbing problem and fixed everything needed, cleaned up area and removed old parts. Also, John offered great advice and information on prevention care and even showed me how to turn off main water valve located on the car port. John was very knowledgeable and service oriented, thoughtful, polite and professional at all times.Smith’s Plumbing Service, will be our go to people for any plumbing issues or questions we may ever have.

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

This place is terrible. Call somewhere else first. I had someone come out for a minor issue, issue didn’t get fixed and still had to pay $175. The so called manager said she would send someone else out and of course they never came. When I called back, the manager was gone and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Lying to customers and making them pay for services not rendered. Go somewhere else.

Don’t be fooled, I’m pretty sure most (if not all) of the positive reviews are fake/paid. What I got was the reality, which was after giving and confirming a time to come, they never showed up and never responded to any further messages. I got completely ghosted because this isn’t a real business. Live and learn.

First, service company didn't show up within scheduled time block...came HOURS later. Have, also, called multiple times. Refrigerator still not repaired after service visit last week. Was told someone would call me multiple times but no one has called to resolve. They got their payment, though.

Update: Since initial visit in August (it is now Oct. 30th), 2 different companies, over 10 visits, refrigerator still not repaired. Past ANNOYED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. I am a realtor in Jackson TN and have used Tim Ferguson for a long time. I know they are a great company! Oct 26th was my first chance to work with the Memphis location. From the first phone call they exceeded expectations. My husband's 97 year old aunt had been without hot water for almost 2 weeks while fighting with a home warranty company. Finally she agreed to let me help. I called Ferguson at 3:30 to get her a hot water heater - thinking Saturday at the earliest and more than likely Monday. The person who answered said I am dispatching now. Within 20 minutes Jared called to tell me he was on his way. By 6:00 her new hot water heater was installed.
