My husband and I have had this company for about a year now. We had a few issues in the past trying to get someone to come out. We finally contacted someone on yesterday and Mr.Terry Gaines showed up at our door step. I knew we were in good hands when we saw him. He came out before and did an amazing job, so the second time I saw him once again GREAT JOB!!!!!

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

I had a appointment with the company between the hours of 11-1, so I had to take the day off work. The technician never showed up, nor was I called by the company until after 3pm.

Chase was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made selling our home such a breeze by helping us fix things that were found in the inspection report. I cannot say enough about this company, they have been wonderful! And paying for the membership has been worth every penny!

We recently had a gas leak on the valve to our gas stove. I had no idea what type of a professional handles that sort of thing. When I found out it was a plumbing job I was excited because a friend of mine had recently recommended River City Plumbing. These guys were amazing. They called to let me know when they were coming. They showed up on time. Everything about the experience was professional. They went over and beyond what I would have expected. Needless to say, I was impressed. This will DEFINITELY be my go to company for ANY plumbing related needs from here on out.

We urgently need to do water leak repair that day because we have no other source of water that we used for our daily use, so we called this company. We're so pleased with their promptness. After an hour calling them, their people arrived at the same hour. I highly recommend this company.

We had very BAD experience dealing with this company. After pressure test, they broke our water heater and provided wrong diagnosis and ask us to replace gas control valve. MLGW technician indicated to us they have put too much pressure to cause the water heater male function during pressure test. We bought gas control valve and they replaced it but the water heater is still not working. We ask them to take the part off so we can return it but THEY REFUSE TO GO BACK TO TAKE THE PART OFF. The front desk lady was super RUDE and would not give customer any chance to speak. They charged $1200 to get pressure test passed. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY.
