They came out on a rainy, 45 degrees cold Saturday to repair an in-ground outside pipe. A job that on Friday 5 other companies declined or wanted to push till Monday, no counting those who didn’t returned a phone call. Worth every dollar spent on this service. Nick, Alex, and Bryan showed up and got the job done when my A/C went out in 90+ degree heat! Nick did an excellent job assessing my issue and fixing it right away, and he and Alex laid out all my options for repairs (what I absolutely needed, what I could wait on, but also giving me fair assessments for risk of waiting on any of the recommendations.) Alex let me know about all available savings options I could utilize towards current and future costs, spending time to go over pricing and explain procedure without being pushy at all. Bryan was training, but was an active participant and asked helpful questions that allowed me to learn and understand what the issue was as well as proper maintenance for the future integrity of my system, so I was glad he was there too! Thanks for getting me fixed up!

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. I have used Culpepper for all of our family homes and suggested them to many other friends,however after my last two experiences with this company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Our last experience with this company was a TOTAL DISASTER after 3 hours and not fixing a toilet and making black hand prints and black shoe marks on white wool carpet the 2 people decided to leave the job. I think it was a good time for them to do so. In ending I would give this company a negative 5 star rating. Maybe it is time for this family business to CLOSE.

All Clear Techs came out to our home twice and failed to properly diagnose the plumbing issue but charged us $440. They came out a third time as a “courtesy” to unstop the sewer drain less than a week after they cleared it. During the courtesy call, we were told we needed a $2,500 repair job and they wanted to come out the same day. We called another company for a second opinion that cost another $375. We are out close to $1,000 because of the All - Clear mis - diagnosis. Finally, on the second call to our home, the Tech showed me a photo of roots that came from our drain. Well, unbeknownst to the Tech, we have cameras all over our property and DID NOT see him pull anything from the drain ON CAMERA. That could be criminal sir! We used your service in good faith and got scammed. So don’t complain when we DON’T use your small minority business! All Clear, you have to do better by your clients.

I experienced a clogged sink issue after Thanksgiving. Four days later, after leaving messages for two plumbers I had previously hired, I had still not heard back from them. I called Anthony, the plumber, on a Sunday. They were available on Monday. The issue was resolved, the professional showed up on time, and there was constant, transparent communication throughout. After the problem was fixed, extra care was taken to keep the area neat and secure. Caleb performed admirably. strongly advise. Excellent support!

Services performed- disconnect ice maker and light fireplace.

DO NOT hire them for electrical work you have aluminum wIring. I took the wall plates off to straighten them because when they installed them they left them crooked and not flush with the wall and I discovered they had pigtailed the Aluminum wires to copper using twisters that weren't rated for Aluminum ( aluminum to copper ones are always purple these were red).

Also, I thought that all outlets in bathrooms had to be GFCI but they installed one that wasn't.
I don't have time to check up behind people I hire to make sure they are doing stuff up to code.
At least I found this issue before it burned my house down.

It is a shame too because it is hard to find electrians and other contractors that are as quick to respond as these guys.
