I have used All Clear on two occasions at a rental property. The fist time Bobby was the plumber and he cleared several drains for me. About a month later one of them clogged again. Bobby came out and cleared it at no charge.

The second time, Mel was the plumber and he found and repaired a leak in a copper supply line.

Both Bobby and Mel were very professional and conscientious. The prices for their work is reasonable too.

I had general maintenance done on my furnace/AC unit recently. I received a call first thing in the morning to say they were on the way. They arrived promptly and immediately got to work. The new unit is working great. Overall I am very satisfied.

I had a appointment with the company between the hours of 11-1, so I had to take the day off work. The technician never showed up, nor was I called by the company until after 3pm.

These guys are my go to for not only my traditional heating and ac units, but also for my very very very ancient midtown boiler. They are super fast to respond, reasonably priced, but most importantly every tech they ve sent has been polite and extremely knowledgeable about the equipment they are working on. I am so happy to have found Baker!
